We’d love to come back!
We gave our dog a vacation as a birthday present. Everything was supposed to be perfect for our four-legged friend—and sure enough, it was.
I could list every detail one by one, but I’ll keep it short: Wonderful!
The location, the cottages, the cleanliness, and the incredibly friendly service—everything was just … right!
Our Maya was in a bad mood for two days after we got home; I think she wanted to stay there longer. Highly recommended for dog lovers, and also for people without pets who are looking for peace and relaxation.

Die Lage, die Häuser, Sauberkeit und unfassbar netter Service - es stimmte alles!
Unsere Maya war nach unserer Heimkehr zwei Tage mies drauf, ich denke sie wollte noch dort bleiben. Für Hundefreunde nur zu empfehlen, für Leute ohne Tiere mit dem Wunsch nach Ruhe und Entspannung ebenfalls.

Dear EuroParcs Management,
I am writing to complain about my recent stay at EuroParcs Kohnenhof (Wandy).
First, I want to say that your staff were very kind and professional. They did their job perfectly and helped me a lot.
The problem was the door of the accommodation. The door was very low quality and not stable. It broke … very easily without any intentional damage. I did not break anything on purpose - my manners do not allow me to damage property.
When I told the staff, they were understanding and told me that they receive many similar complaints about these doors, but it is not in their hands. They said they have to inform the owner.
I thought the repair would be around 50€, which would be fair. However, the owner charged me 200€ without any discussion.
As a tourist, I felt this treatment was unfair and that tourists are being overcharged. It is not acceptable to charge a customer this much for a low-quality product that is known to have problems.
I respectfully ask you to review this charge and refund the unfair amount. This kind of behavior towards tourists damages the reputation of your park.

A truly beautiful campground with sites right on the Our River.
The campground is very clean, from the campsites right down to the restrooms.
Everything you need is there: a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board—there’s even a small fitness area.
Fishing is permitted on the Our River with a fishing license (which can be applied for … online in Luxembourg).
The staff is very friendly and always helpful.
If you’re looking to treat yourself to a peaceful getaway, this is the perfect place.

Ein wirklich sehr schöner Campingplatz mit Stellplätze direkt am Fluss der Our.
Der Campingplatz ist sehr sauber von den Stellplätzen bis hin zu den Sanitäranlagen.
Alles ist vorhanden, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett sogar ein kleiner Fitnessbereich ist dort.
Am Fluss der Our ist das Angeln mit einem Angelschein ( in Luxemburg Online beantragen ) erlaubt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
Wer sich eine Auszeit mit ganz viel Ruhe gönnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Wir waren definitiv nicht das letzte mal dort,wir kommen wieder. -

Beautiful campground; the welcome was very warm—the staff at the front desk were so cheerful, and they even bake delicious, fresh, warm rolls. The surroundings are gorgeous—a wooded area with a lovely babbling brook—you can truly unwind at this campground. It’s a wonderful area for hiking, and there’s a good restaurant right next to the campground.

Prachtige camping, ontvangst was heel fijn, wat een vrolijkheid bij de receptie en ze maken nog heerlijke verse warme broodjes ook. Omgeving is prachtig, bosrijke omgeving met een heerlijk kabbelend beekje- je komt helemaal tot rust op deze camping. Prachtig wandelgebied en een goed restaurant naast de camping.
Alles is perfect op deze camping- sanitaire voorzieningen zijn zeer netjes. -
