The spacious and modern chalet Domus 4+2 gives a feeling of luxury. The detached chalet is suitable for 6 persons, is at ground level and can be entered via a few steps. The stylishly furnished living area has a sitting area with television, dining area and modern kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 single beds and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet. EuroParcs Kohnenhof is beautifully located along the Our river, on the border of Luxembourg and Germany, overlooking the Südeifel nature park.     Beautiful location, super friendly staff, and delicious food at the restaurant. It’s just a shame that the beds are a bit firm. We had booked a tiny house ourselves.
    Tiny house number 302 was right across from the water and sewer hookup area for RVs and the restrooms for trailers. This is less of an issue in the off-season than in the high season.

    Mooie locatie, super vriendelijk personeel en super lekker eten bij het restaurant. Alleen jammer dat de bedden wat harder zijn. Zelf hadden wij een tiny house geboekt.
    Tinyhouse nummer:302 was wel direct tegenover de losplaats van sanitair voor campers en toiletten van caravans. Voor na seizoen is dit wat minder belangrijk dan hoogseizoen.

    Worst Customer Service experience, they do not care about safety issues

    Booked a stay with EuroParcs Luxembourg and paid for a baby cot as well. The mattress was soft and the fitted sheet didn't match the mattress size at all — it was very loose and could not be fitted in. This creates suffocation risk for a small baby. We asked the staff … for a different sheet, a different cot, or a refund, since we couldn't safely put our baby down to sleep. We even asked to go home to get another cot and have the first night discounted...They refused and did not offer any practical solution. With no safe sleeping option for the baby, we had no choice but to leave aftery paying for the stay + all the extra items not used.
    Disappointing they were not willing to solve a basic safety issue, not a "comfort complaint" as they put it.
    Customer Service in NL refused as well to acknowledge the issue and refund the stay.
