  Cancel and rebook FarmCamps

  
  

  If you have to cancel your booked vacation you will owe the following amounts due: (a) for cancellation earlier than 60 days before the day of arrival: 25% of the tent rental b) for cancellation between 60 and 41 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the tent rent c) for cancellation between 40 and 14 days before the day of arrival: 75% of the tent hire d) for cancellation within 14 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the total rental price e) in case of premature termination of the stay: 100% of the travel sum. FarmCamps will, if applicable, take care of reimbursement of (part of) the already paid travel sum within two weeks on the bank account indicated by you. bank account.

  If you cancel a booked vacation within 14 days after booking and vacation does not take place in the next 40 days? Then FarmCamps will cancel the reservation free of charge.

• Payment information

  • If you book more than 30 weeks before arrival, you will pay the fare in 4 installments, which means 25% immediately upon booking;

  • If you book between 20-30 weeks before arrival, you pay the fare in 3 instalments, 33% of the fare immediately upon booking.

  • If you book between 20-10 weeks before arrival, you pay the fare in 2 instalments and thus 50% directly upon booking;

  • If you book within 10 weeks before arrival, you pay the full amount and thus 100% directly at booking.

  The last installment must be paid no later than 10 weeks before arrival via iDEAL or credit card.

• FarmCamps Rebooking Guarantee

  Until 28 days before arrival you can use the FarmCamps rebooking guarantee once and rebook your vacation for free within the same season. You can contact the customer service. Is there a price difference between the new vacation and your original vacation? Then FarmCamps calculates the difference between the new price and the price paid. You pay the difference or get a refund.

• Good Weather Guarantee

  The Fine Weather Guarantee applies to all arrivals from March through October. How does this free service work, and when can you use it?

  When it rains: If more than 20 mm of precipitation per day is forecast 48 hours before your stay on at least:

  • 1 day for a weekend stay
  • 2 days for a mid-week stay
  • 3 days for a weekly stay Please note that the precipitation does not have to be continuous.

  With wind: If wind force 8 or higher is forecast 48 hours prior to your stay at a minimum:

  • 1 day for a weekend stay
  • 2 days for a mid-week stay

  When cold: If, 48 hours before your stay, an afternoon temperature of less than 10 degrees Celsius (measured at 12:00 noon) is forecast at a minimum:
