General information

This tastefully decorated safari tent has a living area of about 40 square meters, with standing room in the entire tent, and equipped with a lovely spacious terrace with awning.

The completely equipped kitchen has a four-burner thermally protected gas stove and is on wheels that can be moved outside, so you can enjoy cooking outside! In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle.

In the back of the tent are two sleeping cabins. One sleeping cabin has a double bed and the other sleeping cabin has two bunk beds.

    We are here with an oldtimer caravan club, the power.is a big problem, few power points (one.perv pole).and the power.fails.every.so often. The toilets are open above and below and freezing cold and windy in the morning. There are only two single sinks for the entire campground where you can do the dishes (waiting in traffic jams until it's your turn) and we walk with a toilet roll under our arm to the toilet the old-fashioned way because there is no toilet paper (anymore) provided. Positives: relatively close to Sneek, fine showers and.a small private marina. A campsite that should be modernized and made more contemporary. We will not come back here soon.

    Wij staan hier met een oldtimer caravan club, het stroom.is een groot probleem, weinig stroompunten (één.per paal).en de stroom.valt om.de haverklap uit. De toiletten zijn boven en onder open en 's morgens vrieskoud en winderig. Er zijn voor de hele camping maar twee enkele wasbakken waar je kunt afwassen (in file wachten tot je aan de beurt bent) en we lopen weer ouderwets met een wc rol onder de arm.naar het toilet omdat er geen wc papier (meer) wordt verstrekt. Positief: alles is schoon, mooie ruime binnenruimte met overdekt terras, relatief dicht bij Sneek, prima douches en.een klein eigen jachthaventje. Een camping die eigenlijk nodig gemoderniseerd en eigentijdser zou moeten worden (mét wc papier) In deze vorm blijft het voor ons bij een eenmalig bezoek.

    Spacious waterfront campground. Clean plumbing, slightly dated and toilets without toilet paper. Point of attention. Facilities for RVs available, 10 ampere. Wifi network could not be found. Seems to be there. The busy provincial road to Leeuwarden is very present. If you are looking for rest you will not find it here. The passing boats are fun. Sneek center easily accessible and worthwhile.

    Ruim opgezette camping aan het water. Schoon sanitair, iets gedateerd en toiletten zonder toiletpapier. Aandachtspuntje. Voorzieningen voor campers aanwezig, 10 ampere. Wifi netwerk was niet te vinden. Schijnt er wel te zijn. De drukke provinciale weg naar Leeuwarden is erg aanwezig. Als je rustrust zoekt zul je dit hier niet vinden. De langsvarende bootjes zijn dan wel weer leuk. Sneek centrum makkelijk te bereiken en de moeite waard.

    The site has some pitches by the water. Due to the weather, we couldn't stand on the grass by the water and had to use an asphalted area. We found the site very noisy as the road runs right past it. The sanitary facilities were clean. You had to bring your own toilet paper. Washing up only outside in the rain was not so exciting. In the evening the way to the sanitary facilities is very dark. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. There is Acsi discount in the low season. WiFi only near the reception. Sneek is within walking distance directly along the canal. Nice little town.

    Der Platz hat teilweise Stellplätze am Wasser. Wir konnten aufgrund der Wetterlage nicht am Wasser auf dem Rasen stehen und mussten auf eine asphaltierte Fläche. Wir empfanden den Platz sehr laut da die Straße direkt daran vorbei läuft. Sanitäranlagen waren sauber. Toilettenpapier musste man selbst mitbringen. Abwaschen nur draußen bei dem Regen nicht so spannend. Abends ist der Weg zu den Sanitäranlagen sehr dunkel. Der Besitzer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt Acsi Rabatt in der Nebensaison. WiFi nur in der Nähe der Rezeption. Sneek ist fußläufig zu erreichen direkt am Kanal entlang. Schönes Städtchen.
