General information

On the Veluwe in Voorthuizen, there are two basic Safaritenten. Such a tough canvas tent has an inner tent and an outer canopy and offers space for five people.

Inside you’ll find a simple kitchen (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, running water, and electricity), dining table, and a small heater. Just a few meters from the tents is the sanitary building. Here you can shower and use the toilet. There are no sanitary facilities inside the tent itself. There are two sleeping areas: one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed. The tents are furnished in outdoor style with teak furniture.

Good to know: The Safaritent basic is equipped with a pillow. You should bring your own bed linen and duvet or rent them at the reception. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Photos give an impression (from the supplier).

    • for cancellations up to one month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price.

    • for cancellations on the day, or after the day of the start date: 100% of the agreed price.

    If the rented object can be sublet, the following amount will be charged:

    5% of the agreed price.

What you should know about the park

Het Beloofde Land is a four-star Christian family campsite on the edge of the Veluwe in the touristy Voorthuizen. There are many activities on the campsite such as a Kids Club, football tournament, children's theater, campfire, and much more. In Voorthuizen you will find fun markets, cozy shops and restaurants. Go on an adventure in the Climbing Forest in Garderen or plan a fun day in Amersfoort. And are you looking for nature? Across from the campsite is the Wilbrinkbos with many remarkable Klompenpaden trails.

    Camped for 4 weeks this summer with 3 children under 8. Something for everyone to do and wonderfully enjoyed all the Christian activities offered. Already booked for next summer! Friendly staff and always thinking with you.

    Top week had this fall vacation. Guests, staff, owners top and very friendly. The vacation homes (Stone Partridge 4) were really fully equipped and very luxurious. The squirrels and chickens in the garden made it complete. Plenty to do for kids. Nice animation team and our teenagers also had a great time. To be repeated!

    Top week gehad deze herfstvakantie. Gasten, personeel, eigenaren top en erg vriendelijk. De vakantiehuizen (Steenpatrijs 4) waren echt van alle gemakken voorzien en erg luxe. De eekhoorntjes en kippen in de tuin maakte het helemaal af. Voldoende te doen voor kids. Leuk animatieteam en ook onze tieners hebben zich prima vermaakt. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

    Lovely week vacation here. With a camper stood on field A, nice spacious place where you're not so on top of each other. Plumbing fine, nice pool there for the youth and a lot of activities in high season!
