    We have had a very nice weekend we have as good as we could enjoy the servics was good they were very friendly and the house was very nice we hedden silva No 113 I have 1 point the lights and also in the badkammer may well be dusted wall that were dusty that was for us 1 minus point but for the rest it was top we as a family are for the rest very tevrede and next year we sowiso come back

    We hebben een heel leuk wekend gehad we hebben even lekker ervan kunnen genieten de servics was goed ze waren heel vriendlijk en de huis was heel erg mooi we hedden silva nr 113 ik heb 1 puntje de lampen en ook in de badkammer mag wel gestoft worden wand die waren wel stofig dat was voor ons 1 minpunt maar voor de rest was het top wij als gezin zijn voor de rest zeer tevrede en volgend jaar komen wij sowiso terug

    Beautiful park in the woods of Ede, nice 4 person cottage with hot tub. Two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. One bedroom with hot tub and one bedroom with Sunshower shower. Sandwiches you can order for breakfast were delicious. Only minus point was that the park is not well marked where the exit from the park is located. In the dark with rain this became quite an adventure haha.

    Mooi park in de bossen van Ede, leuk 4 persoonshuisje met hottub. Twee slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een slaapkamer met bubbelbad en een slaapkamer met Sunshower douche. Broodjes die je kan bestellen voor het ontbijt waren heerlijk. Enigste min puntje was dat er op het park niet goed staat aangegeven waar de uitgang van het park zich bevind. In het donker met regen werd dit een heel avontuur haha.

    We spent 15 days at forest park Ede with our family. On Monday morning at 07:30 we were startled awake because the house was shaking as if there was an earthquake. However, this turned out to be bulldozers which drove around and around. From 08:00 to 17:00 we were constantly in a deafening noise. Our 4 year old son had a high fever which tied us to the house. We reported this to the reception where we were treated with total disrespect. They employee at the reception did not bother to stand up or look at us. When stating the noise pollution we were snapped at. A few days later I wanted to use the laundry but I had a question about this. Again I was snapped at. When our vacation was over and I went to check out, I found the same lady who first snapped at us. I had again indicated that the noise pollution was too bad. Again she did not bother to speak to me with any decency. When I indicated that I did not think her attitude and way of communication was okay, she said, "that's your opinion". At home we filed a complaint against the forest park. I was called fairly quickly with a solution that was appropriate for them. I made a counter proposal and it was to be consulted and I would be called back with 1 hour. After a week still heard nothing and contacted them again myself. They came up with an even sadder solution. Very unprofessional staff. I would not even go here again for free. Very sad establishment.

    Wij zijn met ons gezin 15 dagen op bospark Ede geweest. Op maandagochtend om 07:30 uur schrokken wij wakker omdat het huisje stond te schudden alsof er een aardbeving was. Echter bleken dit Bulldozers te zijn welke af en aan rond reden. Van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur hebben wij constant in een oorverdovende herrie gezeten. Onze zoon 4j. kreeg hoge koorts waardoor wij aan het huisje gebonden waren. Wij hebben dit bij de receptie aangegeven waar wij met totale disrespect werden behandeld. Ze medewerker van de receptie nam niet de moeite om op te staan en ook niet om ons aan te kijken. Bij het aangeven van de geluidsoverlast werden wij afgesnaauwd. Een paar dagen later wilde ik de waserette gebruiken maar ik had hier een vraag over. Ook hier werd ik afgesnaauwd. Toen onze vakantie erop zat en ik ging uitchecken trof ik dezelfde dame welke ons eerst had afgesnaauwd. Ik had nogmaals aangeven dat de geluidsoverlast te erg was. Wederom nam zij niet de moeite om mij met enig fatsoen te woord te staan. Toen ik aangaf dat ik haar houding en manier van communicatie niet oke vond, zei zij: "dat is jou mening". Thuis hebben wij een klacht ingediend tegen het bospark. Ik werd vrij snel gebeld met een voor hun passende oplossing. Ik heb een tegenvoorstel gedaan en deze moest overlegd worden en ik zou met 1 uurtje terug gebeld worden. Na een week nog niks gehoord en zelf weer contact opgenomen. Ze kwamen met een nog triestere oplossing. Zeer onprofessioneel personeel. Ik zou hier zelfs gratis niet eens meer naar toe gaan. Zeer trieste bedoening.
