Solo Retreat - 4 persons

Highly recommended, without much hustle and bustle. On the lake and yet not far from cities

We had the Solo Retreat and upon arriving the whole cabin was very dusty and it seemed not touched for a while. The pricing is kinda scammy as well, you need to pay extra for towels or fresh bed linen...

Last weekend, 12 of us booked Loft18. The cottage was modern, with a well-equipped kitchen and fine rain showers. A point of interest are the four reserved parking spaces of this cottage. These are in the same area as the parking lots of the brasserie and the general parking lots of the park. As a result, we were unable to use two of the four spots on Saturday because they were occupied by other visitors, despite the signs present. Perhaps it would be an idea to place bollards or a barrier here. In addition, the parking lot was completely full, which meant parking along the road. Then putting notices under the windshield wipers requesting that cars be removed is not very practical, as guests can do little about their reserved spaces being used by others. Also, the floor plan does not quite match reality. In the picture, Loft18 appears to have an unobstructed view of water and trees at the back. In reality, it is a narrow ditch with a boat storage area behind it where boats are regularly worked on. Otherwise, the park is quiet and uncluttered in size. The included BBQ was of excellent quality and definitely recommended. Despite the points of concern mentioned, I would definitely return to this park.

House no. 43 was very, very unclean. It really didn't look inviting. We cleaned out all the kitchen cupboards and washed the dishes and cutlery in the dishwasher. The sink cabinet was extremely disgusting from the inside. The reception always served us in a friendly manner but accused us that we should have contacted them earlier. But it wasn't possible because the reception was hardly or not at all occupied over Pentecost. They did not agree to a price reduction. The park is beautifully situated, lots of excursion options, right on the water with a harbor. Very suitable for children, also because of the swimming pool. The houses heat up very quickly as there is no air conditioning when it is very hot outside, which is difficult to bear. So, actually nice for families, but house B43 and 44, absolutely not recommended. Spend a little more money and treat yourself to a more comfortable vacation atmosphere.

Had a great time at this park. Supermarkets not too far of a drive. Resturant on site, small shop, electric bike hire and indoor swimming pool. Reception staff really helpful.
