From glamping De Paalberg you walk straight onto the Ermelose Heide, a vast area of no less than 380 hectares, located between Staverden and Ermelo. It is the ideal place for nature lovers, with several hiking trails varying in distance. During your walk you might just run into a shepherd with his flock of sheep, especially if you follow the route to the Ermelo Sheepfold. Besides hiking, the area offers numerous cycling opportunities through forests, over moors and past picturesque rural areas. And with the village of Ermelo just 5 minutes away by bike and the beautiful Veluwerandmeren just 25 minutes by bike, there is always something to discover.     Mooie camping, sanitair de hele dag door brandschoon, gevarieerd aanbod in ruime plekken in de zon of schaduw, verwarmd binnen en buiten zwembad. Restaurant bied een gevarieerde lunch en menukaart en er is een lekkere snackbar. De omgeving hoef ik natuurlijk niet over te zeggen....bos, heide, Veluwe....genoeg plaatsen om heen te fietsen via fietsknoop of eigen route....kortom.....ik zeg doen, wij hebben voor volgend jaar al gereserveerd vanaf eind mei tot half juli

    2 weken genoten op de paalberg met mn kleine man van 2 jaar en opa en oma. Camping geeft een heel fijn gevoel, hele fijne ontspannen sfeer. Elke dag lekker zwemmen binnen of buiten, helaas is het buiten peuterbad in onderhoud. Aardig personeel. De laatste week startte de animatie ook was erg leuk de ochtend beat en daarna knutselen (erg leuke knutsels voor alle leeftijden, met eventueel wat hulp goed te doen) de kleine man stond al te springen om te knutselen als hij de muziek hoorde aankomen. Bally was ook de grote hit. We stonden op het W veld top gelegen ten opzichte van de faciliteiten en een leuk speeltoestel en zandbak op het veld, iets verder van het sanitair maar keurig verzorgd. In de omgeving van de camping veel leuke uitstapjes en sowieso mooie omgeving. Ook de camping ligt erg mooi. Je ziet dat ze blijven verbeteren. Tijdens ons verblijf is de wifi aangepakt. Laatste dagen ging de ontvangst beter. Grote kans dat wij volgend jaar terug komen naar de Paalberg

    Vet gaaf vakantiepark, waar vrienden van ons een chalet occuperen en waar wij tot diep in de nacht op de camping lol hebben gehad. Sorry, tijdelijke campingburen met zonnepaneellichtjes rondom de tent, maar wij vonden dat het het waard was.

    Great place. Well kept. Great shower, toilet and wash up facilities. Nice and clean. Lovely swimming pools and nice snack bar. There is also a restaurant which looked very nice. Friendly welcoming staff. Thanks. See you again 😊🙏
