We were there to camp and unfortunately can't report anything positive and left early.... Entire facility not maintained...toilet blocks in need of renovation or stank of feces (not possible)...plots sufficiently large but not maintained ...because the cut grass remains lying and hedges are not cut .... We will definitely not be back

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Unkempt condition of the campsite... tall weeds growing everywhere in the gaps between the paving stones... loose paving slabs on the terrace in front of the restaurant... full of seeds and flowers... the wash houses old, dirty, broken or simply closed. No garbage cans to throw anything away on the way... poor signage to find your place... the snack bar primitive and uninviting... the sports bar not open at all... the mini market without price labeling, with self-service checkout, few articles. Staff at the registration desk great. The groundsman was cheeky... was outraged that he had to come out because we didn't have a free socket for our electricity... he said we could have taken care of it ourselves. The restaurant "Het Hof" was great. On arrival or departure no possibility to park car with caravan. Outlet house for chemical toilet catastrophic. Meadow and sand by the lake full of turds... not a step possible without hitting one. You have to buy shower tokens to shower...unbelievable...we paid 70 € per night... Anyone who has been there once will certainly not come again...so we certainly won't. We had a 9 year old child with us...who paid the price for adults...unbelievable. The whole complex should be inspected by the people in charge... then the desolate conditions would probably be noticed. Perhaps the owners themselves should spend a week's vacation on the site to see that it really cannot be recommended. To charge €70 per night / 2 adults, 1 child 9 years old for this is unspeakably cheeky... and apparently not even a tiny proportion of this goes towards maintenance or rather renovation.

Unfortunately, we didn't like the campsite. The first impression was unkempt and run-down. The first sanitary building we found was dirty, the steps in front of it were a leg-breaker and the men's side was locked. There must have been a burst pipe a long time ago, as other campers told us. The other sanitary building, a little further away, was okay though. The pitches were actually nicely furnished, large enough and separated by hedges. Unfortunately, the grass was only mulched and the weeds grew out of the hedge. Also the water connection, which you should have on a comfort pitch, was not to be found, probably grown into the hedge. The kiosk was friendly and had all the essentials, ordering bread rolls worked well. Otherwise there is nothing to report as we did not find a restaurant. The parking situation at the entrance to the site is also a disaster.

Reception should be better signposted. The pitches on the other side of the water were not well maintained. Neither lawn nor hedge trimmed. Wash house dirty and not maintained. We had the impression that the pitches for charlets were being removed and therefore nothing was being done. A pity really...

Eigentlich Schade...

I'll keep it short. The repeat factor is zero. The toilets are getting on in years. Other toilets were completely closed. On the whole really not good. Too bad
