Welcome to Essenburgh, the showpiece of our park, where space and elegance come together for an extraordinary vacation experience. This spacious home sleeps six and offers three tastefully decorated bedrooms, including one with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy. There is also a separate bathroom and an additional toilet, ensuring that there are always adequate facilities for the party.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious, cozy living room that invites you to relax. Enjoy an evening of conviviality with family or friends in a warm ambiance. The open kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing both quick meals and elaborate dinners. What you should know about the park

The Bosgraaf is the ideal base for nature lovers and peace seekers on the Veluwe. Surrounded by forests and heathlands, the glamping offers plenty of opportunities for hiking and biking. On the park itself there is a heated outdoor pool, where young and old can relax. For the children there is a large playground and various activities are organized during the high season. There is also a shop/snackbar, providing you with all the conveniences during your stay! The Restaurant is temporarily closed.

However, there are points of concern: construction work causes disturbance with noise and vacant plots, guests complain about poor communication beforehand, and the swimming pool regularly has technical issues with water being too cold.

    Due to the renovation of our home, we ended up staying at De Bosgraaf for five weeks. We had originally booked a cottage for three weeks. Unfortunately, we had to extend our stay twice after that because the renovation took longer than expected. By then, summer vacation had begun in the Netherlands, and we were facing a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, Lars was more than willing to help us, and we were able to stay at the park. In total, we stayed in four beautiful and brand-new homes, all four fully equipped with every convenience. The kids’ club, the large playground, the bouncy castle, the pool, and of course the gorgeous summer weather really made us feel like we were on vacation! And our favorite cottage during those five weeks was definitely the Cannenbruch! But secretly, that might also have been because the high ceilings and spacious layout made us feel like we were back in a “real” home again.

    In verband met de verbouwing van onze woning hebben wij uiteindelijk vijf weken bij De Bosgraaf verbleven. Van te voren hadden we voor drie weken een huisje geboekt. Helaas moesten we daarna nog tot twee keer toe in verband met uitloop van onze verbouwing het verblijf verlengen. Inmiddels was de zomervakantie begonnen in Nederland en stonden we voor een kleine uitdaging. Gelukkig was Lars enorm bereid om ons te helpen en konden we op het park blijven. We verbleven in totaal in vier mooie én nieuwe woningen, alle vier van alle gemakken voorzien. De kidsclub, het grote speeltuin, het springkussen, het zwembad en uiteraard het prachtige zomerweer gaf ons het gevoel van vakantie! En ons favoriete huisje tijdens de vijf weken is sowieso de Cannenbruch! Maar dat kon stiekem ook komen door het gevoel van weer even in een ‘echt’ huis te zijn door het hoge plafond en de ruimte.

    The resort campground is very well-maintained and clean. There are various accommodation options—you can rent a vacation home with or without a hot tub and sauna. A big advantage is that you can park right next to your vacation home.
    The only downside is the pool. If you really want to swim, children often jump into the deep end from the water slide, making it nearly impossible to swim undisturbed. The shallow end, on the other hand, is too shallow to swim properly.
    Perhaps it would be a good idea to set aside one hour in the morning or evening exclusively for swimmers, so that people can do their laps in peace.

    Das Resort Camping ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt verschiedene Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten – man kann ein Ferienhaus mit Whirlpool und Sauna oder auch ohne mieten. Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass man direkt am Ferienhaus parken kann.
    Der einzige Nachteil ist der Pool. Wenn man richtig schwimmen möchte, springen im tiefen Bereich oft Kinder von der Wasserrutsche ins Wasser, sodass ungestörtes Schwimmen kaum möglich ist. Das flache Becken ist wiederum zu niedrig, um dort vernünftig zu schwimmen.
    Vielleicht wäre es eine gute Idee, morgens oder abends eine Stunde ausschließlich für Schwimmer zu reservieren, damit man in Ruhe seine Bahnen ziehen kann.
