Great campsite for traveling with children and dogs. Playgrounds, football pitch, dog meadow, swimming pool, bathing lake, ... everything you need is there. Wash houses always clean too. Top. Gladly again next year 👍

We booked a "Beiepikske" chalet at De Schatberg campsite over the Whitsun weekend and what can I say? Given the prices charged here, the condition is absolutely outrageous. The first setback as soon as we arrived: it felt like the outdoor area hadn't been cleaned for ages and the grass was easily 20 cm high in places. So sitting outside in comfort was not an option. Unfortunately, it continued seamlessly inside. The chalet was generally very dirty. The couch was so filthy that you didn't really want to sit on it. And the highlight: even the kitchen cupboards were completely dirty and sticky. What's more, things were broken and defective in every nook and cranny of the chalet. Apparently nothing is maintained here at all. Conclusion: Cleanliness should actually be the absolute minimum, especially if you pay a lot of money for it. Absolutely not recommended in this condition. Never again!

Wir haben über das Pfingstwochenende ein „Beiepikske“-Chalet auf dem Campingplatz De Schatberg gebucht und was soll ich sagen? Bei den Preisen, die hier verlangt werden, ist der Zustand eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Schon beim Ankommen der erste Dämpfer: Der Außenbereich wurde gefühlt ewig nicht sauber gemacht, der Rasen stand stellenweise locker 20 cm hoch. Gemütlich draußen sitzen war also nicht. Drinnen ging es dann leider nahtlos weiter. Das Chalet war allgemein total dreckig. Die Couch war so extrem versifft, dass man sich da eigentlich gar nicht draufsetzen wollte. Und der Höhepunkt: Selbst die Küchenschränke waren komplett dreckig und klebrig. Dazu kommt, dass im Chalet an allen Ecken und Enden Sachen kaputt und defekt waren. Hier wird scheinbar überhaupt nichts mehr instand gehalten. Fazit: Sauberkeit sollte eigentlich das absolute Minimum sein, erst recht, wenn man ordentlich Geld dafür hinblättert. In diesem Zustand absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Nie wieder!
