General information

The Papilio 4 is a spacious glamping tent that makes luxury and atmospheric camping possible. This glamping tent consists of a ground floor and a sleeping loft and is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons. The tent can be entered via a few steps. The living area of the tent has an open-plan kitchen with an induction cooker, a fridge-freezer and a coffee maker. There is also a dining area. There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the sleeping loft, which can be reached via a ladder. Both bedrooms have a double bed. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washbasin. At the entrance to the tent you will find a spacious veranda. You can park your car on the central car park near the glamping tent and free Wi-Fi is available.

    Once took another campsite from the same group(europarcs). Reception was very friendly. We had a caravan with us and given the period the campsite was in low occupancy so we could choose the perfect pitch. Campsite was very clean as well as the sanitary facilities. We did not use the swimming pool, which was still open during the day. At short distance you can start hiking trails and also walk towards Valkenburg itself. Of course also cycling, but I find the other side of Valkenburg that better.

    Eens een andere camping genomen van dezelfde groep(europarcs). Onthaal was zeer vriendelijk. We hadden een caravan bij en gezien de periode was de camping in lage bezetting waardoor we het perfecte plaatsje konden kiezen. Camping was zeer proper, alsook het sanitair. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, wat nog wel geopend was tijdens de dag. Op korte afstanden kan je wandelroutes aanvatten en ook mooi richting Valkenburg zelf wandelen. Vanzelfsprekend ook fietsen, maar ik vind de andere kant van Valkenburg dat beter.
