A very nice campground with good restroom facilities in an area with plenty to do. Large sites, including great spots for RVs. No shade. That’s not a problem for now—the sunshine is very welcome. It will be too hot during peak season.
The welcome was very warm. We were given cookies and syrup. The staff member was very friendly. We felt … very welcome.
One thing to note: teenagers. They certainly weren’t a nuisance, but they were using the playground next to the campsites as a hangout spot. They woke us up at 3 a.m. last night. At first, you think they’ll leave soon. But that wasn’t the case. My husband got dressed to ask them to leave. Then they walked away. But it’s hard to fall back asleep after that. That’s why we didn’t stay an extra day, despite the beautiful weather. There’s too big a chance it’ll happen again tonight.
The park is geared toward cottages. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. We were reminded of this several times via email. We arrived at 2:00 p.m. (we were coming from France, so it’s hard to estimate what time you’ll arrive), and that wasn’t a problem. Then set separate check-in and check-out times for campers. After all, you don’t have to clean anything. It’s also a shame that you have to pay a reservation fee. I haven’t come across that at other campgrounds before.

Hele mooie camping met goed sanitair in een omgeving waar veel te doen is. Grote plekken, ook voor campers mooie plekken. Geen schaduw. Voor nu geen probleem, het zonnetje is heel welkom. In hoogseizoen zal het te warm zijn.
Ontvangst was heel fijn. We kregen koekjes en stroop. Medewerker is heel vriendelijk. We voelden ons zeer welkom.
Aandachtspunt: jongeren. Ze waren zeker niet vervelend. Maar gebruikten speeltuin naast kampeerplekken als hangplek. Vannacht om 3 uur werden we er wakker van. Eerst denk je nog ze gaan zo wel weg. Maar niet dus. Mijn man kleedde zich aan om te vragen of ze weg wilden gaan. Toen liepen ze weg. Maar weer in slaap komen is dan lastig. Dat is reden dat we niet een dagje langer zijn gebleven ondanks het mooie weer. Kans te groot dat het vannacht weer gebeurt.
Park is gericht op huisjes. Inchecktijd is 15 uur. Werden we meermaals aan herinnerd via mails. We waren er om 14 uur (we kwamen uit Frankrijk, dan is het lastig in te schatten hoe laat je aankomt) en dat was geen probleem. Maak dan aparte incheck- en uitchecktijd voor kampeerders. Je hoeft niks schoon te maken tenslotte. Ook jammer dat je reserveringskosten moet betalen. Ben ik niet eerder tegengekomen op andere campings.
Al met al hele mooie camping. Met garantie geen jongeren zouden we terugkomen. -
