The lodge is part of a car-free park, so it’s wonderfully peaceful. Thanks to the large windows at the front, the living area is full of natural light and you always feel close to nature – from your morning coffee to your last glass of wine in the evening.

Inside, everything is designed for comfort. The warm wood tones and underfloor heating create a snug atmosphere in every season. In the living room you can relax on the sofa and stream your favourite series on the smart TV. The open-plan kitchen makes cooking together easy, with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and combination microwave ready for simple breakfasts or a relaxed home-cooked dinner after a day out.

The lodge has two comfortable bedrooms with boxspring beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom. You’ll have a walk-in shower and toilet for every bedroom, which makes it ideal if you’re travelling as two couples or with older kids and appreciate a bit of privacy. With space for up to four people and no pets allowed, it’s a great choice if you prefer a clean, allergy‑friendly environment.

Slide open the door to your partly covered terrace and enjoy the fresh hillside air. Read a book in the shade, have a long breakfast outside or end the day with a drink while the sun sets behind the hills. From your lodge you can walk straight into the beautiful landscape around Gulpen, with its green valleys, sloping vineyards and quiet country roads.

The location is perfect if you want to mix nature with culture. You’re close to charming villages, cycling and hiking routes, and historic sights. Visit the local breweries in Gulpen, taste regional dishes in cosy bistros or head to Maastricht for a day of shopping, museums and vibrant city life.

Good to know: the holiday park is fireworks-free around New Year’s Eve, where fireworks are not allowed in the park itself. Active checks are not carried out, so complete silence can’t be guaranteed, but it’s generally a calmer choice if you prefer a quieter turn of the year.
