Bospark 't Wolfsven 16 - 6 persons

Unfortunately, upon arrival, the cottage was not clean. There was bread from previous visitors in the closet, in our bed we found men's boxer shorts, everywhere was dusty, there were lots of rags hanging throughout the cottage and the toilet was literally filthy. After 3 days of heat and sticky nights, we found out that the air conditioner only blew hot air. This was addressed by a thoughtful staff member who gave us the remote control. After a day out and then out to dinner on day 5 of the vacation we got to the cottage and could not get in. Number lock was not working and the pass did not give access to the lodge either. Staff member came and gave us a key so we could lock the lodge. Staff at the front desk who heard all complaints was anything but customer friendly at that time. Unfortunately bad experience this year. Doubt to ever go to this park again. Store staff and service staff were very friendly by the way.

There was still bread in the cupboard from previous guests, we found men's boxer shorts in our bed, it was dusty everywhere, there were cleaning rags everywhere and the toilet was downright filthy. After three days of heat and muggy nights, we realized that the air conditioning was only blowing warm air. A helpful member of staff solved the problem and gave us the remote control. After an excursion and dinner on the fifth day of our vacation, we returned to the cottage and could not get in. The combination lock didn't work and the key card didn't give us access either. A member of staff came and gave us a key with which we were able to lock the cottage. The staff at reception who listened to all our complaints were anything but customer friendly. Unfortunately we had a bad experience this year. I doubt we will ever go to this park again. The store and service staff on the other hand were very friendly.

Charmant chalet in een rustige omgeving, De airconditioning was een groot pluspunt tijdens ons verblijf

Deze plek is een verborgen parel! Het chalet was gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om maaltijden te bereiden. We vonden het heerlijk om zo dicht bij Eindhoven te zijn en toch te genieten van een rustig toevluchtsoord.

This place is a hidden gem! The chalet was cozy and well-equipped, The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, We loved being so close to Eindhoven while still enjoying a peaceful retreat

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad, het chalet was gezellig en goed onderhouden, en het buitenzwembad was voor ons het hoogtepunt, perfect voor een familievakantie!
