Goede locatie vlakbij de Efteling, leuke (maar zeer vuile) huisjes. De service liet absoluut te wensen over. In ons huisje begon een onveilige verdeelstekker 's avonds laat te smelten. Gelukkig waren we nog wakker en merkten we dat er geen internet meer was, waardoor we zo de gesmolten verdeelstekker ontdekten. De elektriciteit was hierdoor niet uitgevallen, dit had dus potentieel zeer ernstige gevolgen kunnen hebben voor ons en onze kinderen die lagen te slapen. We hebben dit gemeld aan het park en kregen hier helemaal geen begripvolle reactie op, in tegendeel. We zijn erg teleurgesteld in het management van dit park dat klanttevredenheid en veiligheid duidelijk niet hoog in het vaandel draagt. Het huisje was bovendien zeer smerig, de stofzuiger werkte niet omdat hij helemaal verstopt zat door vuiligheid en haar. Absolute afrader dit park, ondanks de fijne locatie.

Mooi en net vakantiepark, vriendelijke medewerkers, voldoende faciliteiten en lekker restaurant.

We stayed at the vacation park for 4 nights this week and were actually completely satisfied. We had a parking space right next to our house and were therefore always on the move quickly. The vacation home was divided as follows: Living room/kitchen: dining table and four chairs, sofa, two armchairs and TV. Bedroom 1: Two single beds and four small wall cupboards Bedroom 2: One double bed and one closet Bathroom: Large washbasin with vanity unit (2 drawers and hairdryer), a large shower with hand shower and rain shower head and a towel dryer Separate WC with small washbasin. Underfloor heating was installed in every room in the house, except for the bathroom and WC. The underfloor heating could be switched on and controlled individually in each room. As a tip, don't be surprised it takes a while for the underfloor heating to heat up and it may be better to set it a little cooler, as 25°C is very warm in the living room. For us personally, it was very warm in the bedrooms despite the heating being switched off, so that condensation formed on the window panes every morning. The entertainment team was always very friendly and can answer questions in different languages. The activities that were offered were all very funny. We had signed up for bingo and the "fox hunt". In the fox hunt, we had to "catch" 4 runaway patients in the park and give them medicine so that they could be cured. The patients moved freely around the park and we had to walk through the entire park at least once within 45 minutes. In general, we can say that the vacation park has a very good price-performance ratio and we can therefore recommend it.
