Cottage - 4 persons

I spent 5 days here with my granddaughter when temperatures were well over 30°. The cottage we’d booked was very hot. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful in finding us a more suitable cottage. I looked at 3 cottages, and in the end we got one with air conditioning. I only had to pay a €50 change fee.
Anyway, back to the park. I love it—it’s pretty quiet. It’s also very beautifully landscaped. Our cottage was on the “Gnome Trail.” Highly recommended. It’s not a subtropical water park, but it’s perfectly fine—both indoors and outdoors. You do have to bring your own food and drinks, though, because you couldn’t buy anything there. Maybe they do during peak season? The fruit shop (among other things) across the street was nice—a little outing in itself. There’s a mini-supermarket with fresh rolls and juice—self-service. There’s also a small, air-conditioned indoor play area.

This place was highly rated because of its proximity to the spot I was interested in. The bungalow had everything I needed, but the one I was assigned was shared with two other people, and the small room I stayed in felt claustrophobic. Two single beds 50 cm apart and two tall lockers, like in a hostel dorm. I would have expected at least two double bedrooms; two bathrooms would have been even better. Everything was very bright due to the countless windows and French doors, which let in light but at the same time created a greenhouse effect inside the bungalow (35 degrees during the day—it was impossible to stay inside). I think the property needs to be modernized and adapted to today’s climate. I didn’t appreciate the lack of privacy caused by the large windows. There’s no way to park your car near the bungalow; you have to get lucky to find parking nearby. The parking spots are practically without shade, and for me—traveling with my dog—it was difficult to manage (especially given the high temperatures inside the house, which prevented me from keeping my dog inside). The property is pet-friendly, but I didn’t find a proper area for dogs to run around. There are shops nearby, including supermarket chains, where you can do your grocery shopping. The property offers bike rentals. It’s definitely suitable for families with children, but for those with dogs, I wouldn’t recommend staying during the hot season.

Havlu , şampuan , sıvı sabun e çamaşır makinası yoktu ona göre hazırlıklı olmak gerekiyor . Kahve makinası mevcut . Havuzu büyük , çocuk oyun olanı var çocuklu aileler için ideal bir yer. Çok beğendik ve keyifle konakladık

Avoid this company if you expect professional customer service. We stayed at EuroParcs from May 2–5 and are still waiting for our €400 deposit refund. More than a month has passed, and despite countless emails, contact forms, and Airbnb support conversations, the issue remains unresolved. At first, we were repeatedly told to check with our bank. After many weeks, it was finally admitted that the refund had been sent using incorrect account details and had been returned. In other words, the problem was not on our side, despite being asked over and over again to contact our bank. I have since provided updated EUR account details, yet I am still waiting for my money. Every time I receive an update, I am told to wait a few more days. Meanwhile, my €400 remains unpaid. What is most disappointing is not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of communication and accountability. Emails often go unanswered, contact forms are ignored, and meaningful updates only seem to happen after repeated follow-ups through Airbnb. For a company of this size, this level of customer support is unacceptable. A deposit refund should not take over a month to resolve, and customers should not have to spend weeks chasing their own money. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend EuroParcs to others.
