In Velthorst 6 you will stay in a spacious chalet with all the comforts of home. The detached chalet is on the ground floor and suitable for 6 persons. In the living room you will find a cosy sitting area with television, a dining table and a modern kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Professional Machine (capsules only available at the reception). In total the chalet has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.     Mouse droppings and dirt without end. We booked a week here, checked in on the first day and then went straight to the Efteling and only returned home late. The next day we realized how dirty our accommodation was. The fan in the bathroom was totally filthy with other people's hair. However, the absolute worst thing was the really gross filth next to the bed with mouse droppings and black stains with an indefinable liquid. We really aren't cleanliness fanatics and we could have lived with the other things somehow, but with mouse droppings next to the bed the fun stops. The worst thing is that we went to reception and complained. We were promised that a cleaning team would come by and take care of it, which was not done in the evening, apart from the dirt in the shower, and even then the hair was still there and the fan was still totally dirty. I still have no answer to the email from the alleged park manager. Europarcs is finished for us.

    Mäusekot und Dreck ohne Ende. Wir haben eine Woche hier gebucht sind am ersten Tag eingecheckt und dann gleich zu Efteling und erst spät wieder nach Hause gekommen. Am nächsten Tag haben wir dann erst bemerkt wie schmutzig unsere Unterkunft ist. Im Bad Haare von anderen Leuten der Ventilator total verdreckt. Der absolute Abschuss ist aber die wirklich krasse verdreckung neben dem Bett mit Mäusekot und schwarzen Flecken mit einer nicht definierbaren Flüssigkeit. Wir sind wirklich keine Sauberkeitsfanatiker und mit den anderen Sachen hätten wir noch irgendwie leben können aber bei Mäusekot neben dem Bett hört sich der Spass auf. Das krasseste ist aber das wir natürlich zur Rezeption sind und uns beschwert haben. Uns wurde versprochen dass ein Reinigungstrupp vorbeikommt und auch drum kümmert was am Abend aber abgesehen von der Verschmutzung der Dusche nicht erledigt war uns selbst da waren die Haare noch da und der Ventilator noch total verdreckt. Auf die Email des angeblichen Parkchefs hab ich auch noch keine Antwort. Für uns hat sich Europarcs erledigt.

    Beautiful surroundings and very nice pool. And well clean. Nice warm water in the indoor pool. I estimate 24 to 25 degrees. Fine accommodation. Expensive store. Otherwise very good.
