General information

Spend the night on a floating island at the Havenlodge in Uitgeest, right in the marina on the Uitgeestermeer. This modern houseboat for 4 people gently rocks on the water and offers a relaxing setting close to Amsterdam. Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with a comfortable seating corner and a dining table for four people, a modern open kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The first bedroom has two comfortable box spring beds, while the second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, ideal for families. From the lodge you have a view over the lake while enjoying all the comforts of home.

Outside, the spacious deck terrace is almost at water level—a wonderful spot to have breakfast in the morning sun or to relax together after a day full of experiences. Swimming certificates for children are recommended. In and around the marina, you'll find cozy terraces and restaurants, and it’s possible to rent a sloop or a paddle board to explore the water yourself. The beach at Castricum or Wijk aan Zee is about 20 minutes away, while Amsterdam is about 30 to 35 minutes by car. This way, you can combine nature, water, and city in one stay.
