Looking for a cool place to stay with your whole crew by the sea? At Sea Lodges Zandvoort 11 – also known as “Coffee Camp” – you stay just 80 meters from the beach with up to 18 friends. This unique group accommodation consists of five modern lodges with a total surface of 410 m², so everyone has their own space while still being together.

Each lodge is stylishly furnished with sleek interiors, large windows and a smart TV. You get the comfort and privacy of your own holiday home, but with all the perks of a shared group stay. Perfect for a long weekend by the sea, a surf escape or a relaxed friends’ getaway.

The real heart of Coffee Camp is the communal Coffee Lounge. This space is inspired by Amsterdam cafés, with several cozy seating corners, a big dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with double appliances – ideal for cooking together or hosting long, lazy dinners. Upstairs you can chill with a book, watch TV, or admire the detailed model of Circuit Zandvoort – a fun extra for F1 fans.

Two of the sleeping lodges are dog-friendly, so your four-legged friends don’t have to stay at home. The beach is just across the road, so you can head out together for morning walks, sunset strolls or a quick dip. Nearby Zuid-Kennemerland National Park is perfect for scenic hikes with your dog on a leash.

When it comes to food and drinks, you’re in the right place too. Zandvoort is full of trendy beach clubs and restaurants within easy reach. Grab a bite at Hippie Fish, order cocktails at Ubuntu Beach or chill at Vooges Strand or Tijn Akersloot – many of them are happy to welcome your dog as well.

Do keep in mind: from 25–28 June 2026 the Luminosity Festival takes place near the park, so it can be busier than usual. For your stay, a deposit applies: €400 for 4-person accommodations and €700 for accommodations for more than 4 people. This deposit applies to all guests, whether you attend the festival or not. Make sure your IBAN is correctly filled in under “My Details” so your deposit can be refunded smoothly after your stay.
