Also in winter a very good place with everything you need. Bread roll service via the app worked great. The staff were very nice and always helpful. Due to work on sanitary building 1, we had to switch to the one further away, which wouldn't really be a problem if the path was at least somewhat illuminated at night ;-) We will definitely be back.

A really nice campsite with the cleanest sanitary facilities I have ever seen. Nice welcome, friendly staff. But bread roll service disappointing. 3 orders of which there were 2 x old dry rolls from the previous day. After departure the next shock: 130,- € electricity costs additional payment for 10 days.... A rip-off 🤬

Abzocke 🤬

Everything was great, very nicely laid out and well-kept campsite. There are two large sanitary facilities, both very clean. Nothing is missing. It takes half an hour to walk to the town through the beautiful nature reserve. This is good for all two- and four-legged friends. We are here on New Year's Eve with our motorhome and our two dogs, as it is a firecracker-free zone here in Callantsoog. So far it's going great, there are so many small and large dogs living right around us. Everything is very peaceful. The booking via the Internet also worked perfectly. We were able to drive through the barrier without having to check in again on site. So far everything has been great, thank you very much 🤗🐶🐶🤗🩷

Also bislang alles topp, vielen Dank!🤗🐶🐶🤗🩷

Our stay at Vakantiepark De Nollen was unfortunately a huge disappointment and not at all what you expect for an overnight stay of €160 euro per night. Upon arrival the cottage turned out to be freezing cold, only 6 to 7 degrees, while you should expect the heating to be turned on beforehand, SEVERE in cold weather. Comfort should be at least a basic requirement. We tried several times to turn on the heater, but it failed each time, keeping the temperature extremely low and we barely got any sleep. A weekend that was meant to be a nice birthday surprise ended in a night of cold weather..... What made it even more annoying was the way communication was handled by the park. Our messages were read the next day (reception open until 12:00 noon), they said we should have called the emergency number, but nowhere was it clearly stated what that number is for or what to expect. What do they mean by emergency? Also, there was no manual for the stove in the app, (which they said was there, it wasn't), so we had to figure out for ourselves how everything worked and tried everything. Instead of thinking with us or taking responsibility, the blame was mainly placed on us, which came across as unfriendly and unfair. When we finally received a response, it was not only distant and impersonal, but clearly written by a chatbot. Not even our name was mentioned, but it literally said Dear [name]. For a resort that claims to take complaints seriously, this comes across as very unprofessional. In addition, the cottage was dusty and not properly cleaned, which further emphasized that little attention had been paid to preparation. When the cleaning staff prepares the cottage, it is obvious that the temperature is 7 degrees, yet the heating had not been turned on? Despite the fact that we spent a night in an extremely cold cottage, no appropriate solution or compensation was offered. It was mainly said that the technical service could "look into it tomorrow," when we would have left by then. In the end, it feels like you're paying €160 for a stay that doesn't even meet the basic requirements and with almost no service or thoughtfulness whatsoever. Unfortunately, our stay at De Nollen was anything but pleasant. An ice cold cottage, poor communication, no accountability, unprofessional handling and no form of compensation completely ruined this weekend. We will definitely not return and would advise others not to do so either.
