    The service was excellent; I received great assistance from a staff member at the check-in counter. They listened to me and understood my situation—I had been charged far too much for a single night in a sky cabin. I had made this payment through Vipio, so Si-Es-An had no knowledge of it. Nevertheless, they compensated me.

Deze betaling had ik gedaan bij Vipio Dus Si-Es-An, had daar geen weet van. Toch hebben zij mij gecompenseerd.
