    We had a wonderful vacation over the weekend with 6 people, a baby and a dog. The first family vacation together and the first vacation with a baby, a present for my parents' birthday. Unfortunately with a very, very bitter aftertaste. The accommodation was clean and everything was fine. The only thing we noticed very quickly was the humidity in the bathrooms, which had already affected the doors and furniture. During our stay we decided to come back next year and make it a tradition. After we checked out on Sunday, I received two emails the following Thursday. A new invoice with over 1000 euros back payment and another email from an employee with a detailed accusation that we had spread smoothie across the ceiling and this had to be professionally cleaned and then painted with a special paint. Attached was a picture with a file name that clearly indicated a date 3 days before our arrival and could not even be clearly assigned to our accommodation. Furthermore, there were even more discrepancies that exonerated us as the "accused". Due to the request for payment with the same date as the mail receipt, I directly objected in writing and demanded clear evidence of our fault. The next day I received a reply quite quickly with a simple apology and the explanation that the previous tenant had caused this and that this had been wrongly noted in our booking. Mistakes happen, that's human, but unfortunately they didn't respond to my reply email at all. I would have expected at least a corrected invoice. Even over a week later, there was still no response. In my last email, I even wrote that my child's very first vacation now always has a bitter aftertaste and that this should be taken into account in the processing. Without further correspondence from me, I will probably not even receive the corrected invoice. It's a shame because our weekend vacation was actually really nice.

    Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub übers Wochenende mit 6 Personen, einem Baby und einem Hund. Der erste gemeinsame Familienurlaub und erster Urlaub mit Baby, ein Geschenk zum Geburtstag meiner Eltern. Leider mit einem sehr sehr bitteren Nachgeschmack. Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles passte. Das einzige was sehr schnell auffiel, war die Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Badezimmern die schon Türen und Möbel angegriffen hatten. Noch während des Aufenthaltes haben wir entschlossen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen und daraus eine Tradition zu machen. Nachdem wir dann Sonntags ausgecheckt haben, habe ich am folgenden Donnertag zwei E-Mails bekommen. Eine neue Rechnung mit über 1000 Euro Nachzahlung sowie eine weitere Mail einer Mitarbeiter*in mit einer detaillierten Anschuldigung wir hätten Smoothie quer über die Decke verteilt und dies musste fachmännische gereinigt und dann mit einer Spezialfarbe gestrichen werden. Als Anhang ein Bild mit einem Dateinamen der eindeutig auf ein Datum 3 Tage vor unserer Ankunft hinwies und nicht mal eindeutig unserer Unterkunft zugeordnet werden konnte. Des Weiteren waren noch mehr Unstimmigkeiten die uns als „Beschuldigte“ entlastet. Aufgrund der Zahlungsaufforderung mit gleichen Datum wie Maileingang, habe ich direkt schriftlich widersprochen und eindeutige Beweise unseres Verschuldens eingefordert. Recht schnell am nächsten Tag kam dann eine Antwort mit einer einfachen Entschuldigung und der Erklärung der Vormieter habe dies angerichtet und fälschlicher Weise sei dies in unserer Buchung vermerkt gewesen. Fehler passiert, das ist menschlichen, aber auf meine Antwort-Mail wurde dann leider garnicht mehr reagiert. Zumindest eine korrigierte Rechnung hätte ich erwartet. Auch über eine Woche später kam immer noch keine Reaktion. In meiner letzten Mail habe ich sogar geschrieben, dass der allererste Urlaub meines Kindes jetzt immer einen bitteren Nachgeschmack hat und das dies doch in der Bearbeitung berücksichtigt werden sollte. Ohne einen erneuten Schriftverkehr meinerseits, werde ich wohl nicht mal die korrigierte Rechnung bekommen. Sehr schade denn eigentlich war unser Wochenendurlaub sehr schön.

    A very nice large apartment for 10 people. The only pity is that there are no cupboards for clothes. Otherwise the kitchen is well equipped, there is a kitchen care package with dishwashing brush, cloth, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing detergent, which is really great, especially at the beginning. It would be nice to have a washing line but not absolutely necessary.

    Eine sehr schöne große Wohnung für 10 Personen. Einzig das es keine Schränke gibt für Kleidung ist schade. Sonst ist die Küche gut eingerichtet, es gibt ein Küchen-Carepaket mit Spülbürste, Lappen, Geschirrspülmittel und Geschirrspultaps, was gerade am Anfang echt super ist. Es wäre schön eine Wäscheleine zu haben aber nicht unbedingt notwendig.

    We had booked accommodation from Saturday to Tuesday. The other half of the group had arrived at the park later that day due to a funeral of the mother (in law). This was known at the reception as well as the names of this family and the license plate number. Because the pass for the lever did not work this family reported it by phone. Access was refused and car could stay at the reception but they were not allowed to enter the park with the car (with luggage for 5 people). The accommodation itself: not cleaned, the tissues and empty bottles of the previous visitors were on the floor When we wanted to make coffee we first had to throw away the old coffee in the coffee pot. Unfresh smelling and not cleaned bathrooms and the dust clouds that emerged when moving the beds suggest that no attention has been paid to the topic of cleaning, for which guests have to tap € 80.00 after staying anyway. The bedding packages were not complete. We arrived on Saturday. Only on Monday someone was sent to clean the accommodation at a time when normally everyone uses the sanitary facilities. For us, the damage was done: come immediately if something is not right! In addition, we found the layout of the kitchen extremely small for a group of 10-12 people. And what does it cost to buy curtain rolls so that a curtain can just close? So for us not worth repeating

    Wij hadden een accommodatie geboekt van zaterdag tot dinsdag. De andere helft van de groep was vanwege een begrafenis van de (schoon)moeder op die dag later aangekomen bij park. Dit was bekend bij de receptie evenals de namen van deze familie én het kenteken. Omdat het pasje voor de hefboom niet werkte heeft deze familie dat telefonisch gemeld. De toegang werd geweigerd en auto mocht bij de receptie blijven staan maar ze mochten niet op het park met de auto (met bagage voor 5 man). De accommodatie zelf: niet schoongemaakt, de tissues en lege flessen van de vorige bezoekers lagen op de grond Toen we koffie wilden zetten moesten we eerst de oude koffie in de koffiekan weggooien. Onfris ruikende en niet schoongemaakte badkamers en de stofwolken die bij het verschuiven van de bedden tevoorschijn kwamen doen vermoeden dat er al langere tijd geen aandacht aan het thema schoonmaken, waar de gasten na verblijf toch € 80,00 voor af moeten tikken, is geschonken. De beddegoed pakketten waren niet compleet. We kwamen op zaterdag aan. Pas op maandag werd iemand gestuurd om de accomodatie alsnog schoon te maken op een tijdstip waarop normaal gesproken iedereen gebruik maakt van het sanitair. Voor ons was het leed al geschied: kom meteen als er iets niet in orde is! Daarnaast vonden wij de inrichting van de keuken voor een groep van 10-12 mensen extreem klein. En wat kost het nou om gordijnrolletjes te kopen zodat een gordijn gewoon dicht kan? Voor ons dus niet voor herhaling vatbaar
