The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and filter coffee maker.

De Witte Berg is a family-friendly campsite with excellent facilities in a beautiful natural setting. Guests particularly appreciate the very clean sanitary facilities, the modern swimming pool with retractable roof, the numerous play equipment and playgrounds spread across the site, and the friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant 'Bie Heintje' is praised for its delicious food and cosy atmosphere. The spacious pitches with gravel, the proximity to the Springendal nature reserve and the charming town of Ootmarsum make it an ideal base for families. The animation is popular with young children. Some points of attention include the swimming pool access system (facial recognition doesn't always work optimally), limited WiFi, and that the campsite is mainly suitable for families with children up to approximately 10-12 years old.

    The facilities were good. Plenty for kids to do. Too bad guests can’t swim for a fee. The food and beverage service was downright terrible. The waitstaff had a look on their faces that spoke volumes. They’re pretty slow. On day 2, I tried again to order lunch, and that’s when things went wrong—I ended up waiting 45 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich. Other than that, the location is beautiful and the bathhouse is clean.

    De plekken waren goed. Genoeg te doen voor kinderen. Jammer dat gasten niet tegen betaling kunnen zwemmen. De horeca was ronduit vrezelijk. De bediening had een gezichtsuitdrukking waar je u tegen zegt. Ze zijn behoorlijk langzaam. Dag 2 deed ik een nieuwe poging om een lunch te bestellen en toen ging het mis en toen moest ik 3 kwartier op een tosti wachten. De ligging is verder mooi en het badhuis is schoon

    We were able to camp for two weeks with our caravan, which had private bathroom facilities.

    The site had a gravel surface that wasn’t entirely level, but by making a few adjustments, we were able to get it reasonably smooth. After all, you do want to sit somewhat straight in your chair…

    The private bathroom was neat and tidy, equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower. The water pressure was a bit disappointing, but that’s not really a big deal in itself. The outdoor faucet also had low pressure, so filling a watering can for the flush tank or water tank took a while.

    The campground features a (covered) swimming pool, a water playground, a fishing/swimming pond, and several playgrounds.

    The entertainment program is a lot of fun and geared toward children up to about 10 years old.

    We hebben 2 weken mogen kamperen met de caravan met privesanitair.

    De plaats was voorzien van een grindlaag die niet helemaal egaal was, door wat voorbereidingen te treffen konden we het redelijk glad krijgen. Je wilt immers wel een beetje recht zitten op je stoel..

    Het privesanitair was keurig, het was voorzien van een afwasbak,toilet en douche. De waterdruk viel wat tegen maar dat is opzich niet eens zo heel erg. Het buitenkraantje had ook weinig druk waardoor een gieter vullen voor de spoeltank/ watertank wel even duurde.

    Het park is voorzien van een (overdekt) zwembad een waterspeelplaats en een vis/zwemvijver en diverse speeltuintjes.

    De animatie is ontzettend leuk en wel gericht tot een jaar een 10.

    Kortom.

    Een fantastische camping voor een jong gezin.

    We komen hier nu al 3 jaar en het bevalt ons zo goed dat we volgend jaar weer gaan. Wat een ontzettend mooie camping met ruime plaatsen en super privé sanitair.
