    Super nice neat campground. Plumbing very clean. Maybe put some more trash cans scattered around the campground. Especially near the eateries. Otherwise totally top!

    Water lodge is beautifully situated on the waterfront overlooking the water with swans, grebes and other birds. Beautiful surroundings for biking and hiking. Raalte and lemmelerveld are convenient for shopping. Cottage was quite dusty and we missed a bag with toilet roll, dishwashing brush, minis for the first wash etc...luckily we had come with the camper where this was still in. Is not mentioned on site! Toilet paper is nice when you arrive at 6:30 in the evening and no stores are open and the campsite is still closed until April 1. Hammock was not to be seen. We came to fish. Nothing was caught, now it was still early and some colder weather but elsewhere we had caught carp but nothing here. From reading the reviews there really is a fish management needed here. Carp overfeeding etc is not done Fish stock maintenance is also a task of the campsite manager. Furthermore, nice cottage with nice layout and warm stove and shower! Hope the administrators do something with the reviews because I do not see a comment anywhere. That would be a shame.could be nice fishing pond but with a little more attention so there is some catching.

    Waterlodge ligt mooi aan het water met uitzicht over het water met zwanen, futen en andere vogels. Mooie omgeving om te fietsen en wandelen. Raalte en lemmelerveld zijn handig voor de boodschappen. Huisje was vrij stoffig en we misten een tasje met wc-rol, afwasborstel, mini’s voor de eerste afwas etc…gelukkig waren we met de camper gekomen waar dit nog in lag. Staat niet op site vermeld !! Wc papier is wel fijn als je ‘s avonds om half 7 aankomt en er geen winkels open zijn en de camping nog gesloten is tot 1 april. Hangmat was niet te bekennen. Wij kwamen om te vissen. Er is niks gevangen, nu was het nog vroeg en wat kouder weer maar elders hadden we al wel karper gevangen maar hier niks. Uit de recensies te lezen is er echt een visbeheer nodig hier. Karpers overvoeren etc is not done Visbestand bijhouden is ook een taak van de camping beheerder. Verder mooi huisje met leuke indeling en warme kachel en douche ! Hoop dat de beheerders iets doen met de recensies want ik zie nergens een reactie staan. Dat zou jammer zijn.zou mooie visvijver kunnen zijn maar dan wel met wat meer aandacht zodat er ook wat gevangen wordt.
