This comfortable vacation home is perfect for a wonderful beach holiday with the family or group of friends. The vacation home has a stylish and modern interior and is equipped with all modern conveniences for an unforgettable stay. In the bright and spacious living room you will find a cozy sitting area with sofa and two armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a dining area for 5 people. A cozy place where you can relax in the evening, while enjoying a good book and a glass of wine, to recover from a day at the beach or a long bike ride. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, such as a refrigerator, freezer, combination microwave, coffee maker and Senseo.

This very complete and comfortable vacation home has two bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. One bedroom has a bunk bed and single box spring and the other bedroom has two single box springs.

Inside, the vacation home is completed by a modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. From the living room large glass doors lead you to a beautiful and sunny terrace. Here you will find a dining table for 5 people and a parasol. Simply a lovely place to relax in the sun or to have a nice dinner together outside on a warm summer evening.

A wonderful location to celebrate vacations! From the recreation park you can make wonderful beach walks and bike rides through the dunes. In addition, there are many facilities for young and old.     The chalet was completely run-down and dirty. It's an absolute outrage that they charge money for this! We cut our vacation short after just one night! Never again, Europarc!

    We chose this little vacation home for our summer vacation—and to cut to the chase: We’d come back anytime.

    Overall, we felt very comfortable there. We’d especially like to highlight the staff at the front desk. No matter what we needed—we were always treated in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner. That’s exactly what you hope for.

    We also liked the house itself. The furnishings seemed higher quality than what you typically find in vacation rentals of this kind. You can tell that they didn’t just throw in the bare minimum here.

    There are a few minor criticisms, though. The cleanliness was generally okay, though not spotless. The house wasn’t dirty by any means, but it could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly in one or two places. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite small, but you do have a large living room, and the kitchen is well-equipped (just be sure to bring your own kitchen towels).

    We did find the supply of consumables a bit stingy, though. For three people staying ten days, there was only one roll of toilet paper. We had to buy everything else ourselves. While this isn’t a major problem, it did surprise us a bit.

    Finally, a quick tip for anyone traveling in the summer: Treat yourselves to the optional air conditioning for a small fee. Especially on hot days, it makes your stay much more pleasant.

    All in all, the positive impressions clearly outweigh the negative ones for us. We enjoyed our vacation and would book this vacation home again without hesitation.

    Für unseren Sommerurlaub haben wir uns für dieses kleine Ferienhaus entschieden – und um das Fazit gleich vorwegzunehmen: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

    Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Ganz gleich, mit welchem Anliegen wir gekommen sind – wir wurden immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend behandelt. So wünscht man sich das.

    Auch das Haus selbst hat uns gefallen. Die Einrichtung wirkte auf uns hochwertiger, als man es von Ferienunterkünften dieser Art häufig kennt. Man merkt, dass hier nicht einfach nur das Nötigste hingestellt wurde.

    Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es dennoch. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings auch nicht makellos. Das Haus war keineswegs schmutzig, hätte an der einen oder anderen Stelle aber etwas gründlicher gereinigt sein können. Die Schlafzimmer und sanitären Anlagen sind recht klein, dafür hat man ein großes Wohnzimmer, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (bringt euch aber Küchenhandtücher mit).

    Etwas kleinlich fanden wir allerdings die Ausstattung mit Verbrauchsmaterialien. Für drei Personen gab es bei einem Aufenthalt von zehn Tagen lediglich eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Alles Weitere musste selbst gekauft werden. Das ist zwar kein großes Problem, hat uns aber etwas überrascht.

    Zum Schluss noch ein kleiner Tipp für alle, die im Sommer anreisen: Gönnt euch für wenig Geld die optionale Klimaanlage. Gerade an heißen Tagen macht sie den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer.

    Unterm Strich überwiegen für uns ganz klar die positiven Eindrücke. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und würden dieses Ferienhaus ohne Zögern erneut buchen.
