How happy we were, that we could find shelter for 5 weeks ivm house delivery. What a bummer when we t huiske experience. + Good sofa and neat. + Good shower. But dirty. First added some chlorine and a brush. Beds sagged in too small room. Kitchen chaos. Refrigerator broken, they come to fix, but after 3 weeks still no one seen. Dining area with too low chairs or too high table, but your chin was in front of tbord. Shove it. Then wind force 8 over t park and through dechalet. Front door with kiervan 4cm Folding doors could 4cm cardboard between and still wind inside. Not warm to heat and should not be higher. Controlled by movement. What a system. Gas stove buttons only work on 1 position and the hood you must press so long that t meat is cooked when you have the device on. Curtains hang on 1/2 7. T luck is that the technical service says we come to fix it. If only I had asked for a date year number and time. In short for so much money little comfort. But we had a roof over our heads

We were really shocked by the condition of our accommodation (Chalet 136). It is absolutely acceptable that a vacation home that has been in use for some time has a few signs of wear and tear. But if the accommodation is dirty and run down, then it is a circumstance which must be named as such! We had mold in the sanitary area, even on an easily replaceable squeegee for the shower! The surface of the chairs was already brittle and the upholstery was sticking out. There was dirt and hair from the previous tenant everywhere. The curtains had black edges on the floor! We have never had to use accommodation like this before!

This time the cottage was well clean. Nice place both near the beach and near the center. Quiet park.

Last week between Christmas and New Year a few days on europarcs gebivakkeerd what was frankly very disappointing. We were called in advance by the reception that the cottage was ready earlier than planned so we went to the park in good spirits to relax. When we entered it was immediately noticed that it was very cold in the house and that was also apparent because it was 6 degrees inside, there appeared to be an error in the boiler which had to be looked at by mechanics who came after 2 hours which were also very nice people. By now it was 7 o'clock and our son started to get tired but before the house is 20 degrees we were a number of hours further especially with a door with a gap of 3cm under it where a part of the frame was missing (reported at the reception but nothing was done about it) A curtain which was half on the rails and half hanging on one ear, water from the tap which was brown at the beginning, crockery which we first put in the dishwasher because it was dusty and just really not clean. The next day our child was playing with a fire extinguisher where it turned out there was no locking pin in it at all. The last morning we wanted to bake sandwiches it turned out that the oven was defective. It is as you read embarrassingly bad I really make a shame of the nice ladies at the reception who can do nothing about this. In the restaurant you can eat well though and the playground is also very nice. In short the advance check was done by a blind person or just not. You should almost get money to celebrate vacations at this park it was really bad.
