Berkel - 4 persons

We stayed with 4 adults for 3 nights at EuroParcs Poort van Zeeland. We paid extra money for a house by the water. Water in this case meant a tiny stream that was overgrown with reeds and not visible. The wifi didn't work and the heating went out all the time - very annoying in November. Very annoying in November. In addition, the drain in the shower stank all the way through. Greasy condensation dripped from the oven onto the floor. Overall, the equipment was very spartan, there was a gas stove but no lighter to operate it. We have been to other EuroParcs before and always felt very comfortable there. This time it was unfortunately a disappointment.

Great park and close to the beach, highly recommended!

Beautiful location to stay by the dunes

We had booked a short trip as a family with a dog at EuroParcs Zeeland. The proximity to the small beach was great. The service was also great. Unfortunately, we couldn't try out the indoor playground because it was full and no more people were allowed in. The playground with the mud park was the highlight for our youngest. Now let's move on to the accommodation. We stayed in house 825 and the furnishings and ambience of the house looked dated and the smell spoke for itself. Unfortunately, we didn't feel comfortable here at all and ended our trip the day before. The outside doors could no longer be closed properly and had a large gap, so that cold air was constantly coming into the chalet from outside. We cannot recommend the accommodation and will not book any accommodation from Europarcs in the future.

Heavily cheated by park manager Swen and his cronies, upon arrival there appeared to be no booking (different date) but had booked correctly but had come through wrong, had to take a hotel €240, - in Rockanje because that was the only hotel where our dog could go, next day talking and doing and yes it was their fault, they did have a cottage for us but bigger and more luxurious, I thought top say neat, until I found out that the booking amount was debited twice from my credit card €750.- and €811.- after many insistence I got €125,- half of the hotel night, for me never again europarcs, even the cleaning ladies grumbled that this happened weekly, in fact I now read the comments below and they are not positive say, shame!! Butja such a big park with such a big name has the bolt to complaints because they are too big, Swen find another job you can not deal with people 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Regular Tiny Houses Park (we did not use any park facilities, nore did we bring yound kids, just reviewing the park, the location, the accessibility, the cleaniness), a foodwalk from the water. Rural surrounding, a city with shopping options just 5 car minutes away. House was pretty warn, some windows did not close, main door was warped. Bathroom as well as wardrobe need a serious refurbish, same as floorboards. Why they do not exchange these cheap coated pans every season will remain a mystery to me - better bring your own. On the positive side: den hague 40 minutes, rotterdam 40 minutes, Zierickzee 35 min, haarlem and Amsterdam 65 min, Leiden or Delft or Gouda 45 minutes.
