At Vakantiepark Kijkduin 9 you stay in a fresh, modern chalet, just a short walk from the beach and dunes near The Hague. The park recently added several detached, ground-floor chalets, perfect if you’re looking for comfort, peace and plenty of space.

You can choose between different types of chalets. The 4-person Comfort chalet comes with two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower – ideal when you’re travelling with friends or family and want a bit of extra privacy. Prefer some wellness during your stay? Then the 4-person Wellness chalet is for you. It also has two cosy bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower, plus an extra treat: your very own infrared sauna to warm up after a long beach walk.

Travelling with a slightly bigger group? The 6-person Comfort chalet offers three bedrooms, a bright bathroom with walk-in shower and, just like the others, a separate toilet. In every chalet you’ll find a comfortable living room with smart TV, so you can relax with a film in the evening. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, making easy holiday meals a breeze. All beds are single beds, sometimes pushed together as doubles, so you can arrange the sleeping set-up how it suits you.

Outside, each chalet has its own terrace with garden furniture – the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxed drink after a day at the coast. You can park your car close to your chalet, so you never have to carry luggage far.

This holiday park is completely firework-free during New Year’s Eve. Fireworks are prohibited and actively monitored, and the park lies in a municipality with a fireworks ban. That makes it an excellent choice if you’re travelling with pets or small children and want a calm, quiet environment without loud bangs. Dogs are welcome here, so your four-legged friend can join you on long walks along the beach.

Please note: between 22-06 and 26-06 the park may be harder to reach due to the NATO summit in the area, with busier roads and possible diversions. Always check the latest traffic information before you travel.
