From morning till night, this is where you’ll want to be.

The house has two generous double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Ideal if you’re travelling as two couples, with friends, or with older kids who like a bit of privacy. The interior is modern and stylish, with lots of attention to detail from the creative owner – think warm colours, quality materials and a cosy, homely feel.

Because the holiday home is located directly on the water, it’s especially suitable for families with children aged 10 and up. It’s a peaceful spot to slow down together, play a game on the terrace, or watch the boats and birdlife pass by.

The surrounding Kromme Rijn region is a dream if you love being outdoors. Cycle or walk along the river, through cherry orchards and rural landscapes, or explore one of the many hiking and cycling routes. Fancy a change of scenery? The shifting sands of the Soesterduinen are less than 20 minutes away by car.

For a day of culture, shopping or dining out, the historic cities of Utrecht and Amersfoort are both within about 30 minutes’ drive. So you can easily mix nature adventures with city trips during your stay.

This convenient bundle covers things like final cleaning, utilities, service support and protection against small accidental damages. Prefer to arrange everything yourself? That’s also possible, as long as you leave the holiday home in good condition at check-out.
