General information

Sustainable vacation lodge made from recycled chalet, ideal for a special glamping vacation in Zeeland.

The lodge has private sanitary facilities (shower and toilet with hot and cold water) and a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is also a Nespresso with cups ready for you.

There are two bedrooms with both a double bed. Because there is also a large furnished Belltent on the roof of the lodge, 2 more people can stay overnight (included as a 3rd bedroom!).

Outside under the covered porch you can enjoy evenings outside by the fireplace, this is furnished with a lounge set and a barbecue.

There are a total of five lodges in the yard of Buitenplaats de Duif in the middle of the countryside and yet close to the Grevelingen (catching crabs!!) and within cycling distance of the beach. This Buitenplaats is particularly popular because of its central yet quiet location: close to the beach, water sports paradise the Brouwersdam, dive sites and cycling routes. Amenities, such as a very large supermarket, restaurants etc. can be found nearby in Scharendijke.

    Last weekend we stayed in 7Houses with 26 family members, 4 generations, and enjoyed ourselves. The convenience of 4 individual cottages (including 1 with chair elevator) and also a great living room and kitchen, makes it an ideal place to stay with many people and still (occasionally) be able to withdraw. The kitchen is really fully equipped and the living room offers all the space to stay with each other, but also to cozy up in a smaller group around the fireplace. There are also many facilities outside, but that is more for other seasons. Ample parking and finally great fresh bread service in the morning. Reception and contact beforehand super nice and very hospitable. It has become such a beautiful memory for our mother's 90th birthday. Thank you so much!

    Afgelopen weekend verbleven wij met 26 familieleden, 4 generaties, in 7Huizen en hebben genoten. Het gemak van 4 individuele huisjes (waarvan 1 met stoellift) en daarnaast een geweldige woonkamer en keuken, maakt het tot een ideale plek om met veel mensen te verblijven en je toch ook (af en toe) terug te kunnen trekken. De keuken is echt van alle gemakken voorzien en de woonkamer biedt alle ruimte om met elkaar te verblijven, maar ook om gezellig in een kleiner gezelschap rondom de openhaard te zitten. Ook buiten zijn veel faciliteiten, maar dat is meer voor andere seizoenen. Ruime parkeergelegenheid en tot slot geweldige vers broodservice in de ochtend. Ontvangst en contact vooraf super leuk en zeer gastvrij. Het is zo'n mooie herinnering geworden voor de 90e verjaardag van onze moeder. Dank jullie wel!

    Fine campsite, although the corner spot was a bit on the small side. Clean sanitary building. From the campsite everything can be cycled. Renesse, burgh haamstede, watersnoodmuseum and close to the sea.
