Looking for a stylish and comfy base near the Dutch coast? Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard 23 is a modern detached lodge in a quiet, car‑free part of the holiday park – perfect if you like peace and space.

The lodge is fully and thoughtfully furnished, so you can start relaxing from the moment you arrive. In the bright living room you’ll find a cosy sitting and dining area with a TV. The open-plan kitchen flows naturally from the living space and comes equipped with everything you need to cook an easy holiday meal, including a dishwasher and combination microwave.

You’ll sleep in comfort here too. There’s one bedroom with two single box-spring beds set up as a double and its own TV, plus a charming box bed with two single box-spring mattresses in a 2-person layout. Ideal for couples, friends, or a small family. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet.

Both TVs have a streaming function, so you can easily watch your favourite series from your phone or tablet – perfect for a relaxed evening after a day at the beach.

Step outside and you’ll find a spacious deck terrace with a fixed bench and garden furniture. It’s a lovely spot for slow breakfasts, alfresco dinners or just lounging with a book in the fresh sea air. The lodge is in a car-free zone, but you can park one car in the central car park of the holiday park.

Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard lies just 1 km from a wide sandy beach on the North Sea coast. The cosy village of Kamperland is about 5 km away, and the historic city of Middelburg is only 16 km – great for a day trip. The park is officially fireworks-free on New Year’s Eve, making it an appealing choice if you prefer a quieter celebration, although fireworks may be heard from the surroundings.

Within the holiday park you’ll find various villas, holiday homes and tiny houses for 2 to 16 people, so you can even combine stays with friends or family. And yes, dogs are welcome here, so your four-legged friend can enjoy the Zeeland coast with you too.
