    We had a nice stay everything fine only could you put down not one but two tea towels and two kitchen towels but otherwise top. This is constructive criticism. We will definitely return greetings fam de Wit

    Very nice accommodation, very clean. Easy check-in and check-out. We were able to concentrate immediately on our short vacation 😁. My dog also felt right at home. I also really liked the welcome bag for him. Would choose this accommodation again and again. You're right in the middle of the action and can get to Strand👍🏻 in no time.

    Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber. Einfaches Check-in- und Check-out. Konnten uns sofort auf unseren Kurzurlaub konzentrieren 😁. Auch mein Hund hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön fand ich auch das Willkommens-Tütchen für ihn. Würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder wählen. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und ratzfatz am Strand👍🏻.

    We stayed in the accommodation in Westkapelle for 1 week and at first glance everything made a good impression and was also very comfortably furnished. However, there were a few anomalies that led to dissatisfaction. There was a rather large dead spider under the coffee table which was very disgusting. Also, the toilet on the second floor is extremely wobbly and tips to one side if you are not careful. The worst thing was that one of the bed sheets had blood stains, which made it impossible to sleep relaxed and without disgust. The fridge and kitchen were at least clean.

    Wir waren für 1 Woche in der Unterkunft in Westkapelle und auf den ersten Blick macht alles einen guten Eindruck und ist auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Allerdings gab es ein paar Auffälligkeiten, die zu Unzufriedenheit geführt haben. Unter dem Couchtisch lag eine ziemlich große tote Spinne das war sehr eklig. Außerdem ist die Toilette im ersten Stock extrem wacklig und kippt zur Seite wenn man nicht vorsichtig ist. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die eine Bettwäsche Blutflecken hatte, was es unmöglich macht, entspannt und ohne Ekel zu schlafen. Kühlschrank und Küche waren aber zumindest ordentlich sauber.

    We had rented a 2-person studio for 2 days. Each studio is different and there are many different pictures on the site, ours was disappointing in terms of space because there was a sauna built into the studio that took up a lot of (unnecessary?!) space. It is called an aparthotel, but there is nothing hotel about it. Apartment complex would have been more appropriate. You have to check in at a card machine and we didn't see or talk to anyone the entire stay. It is very noisy (with 2 small children I was the one causing the noise but even that feels annoying). The parking lot is a long walk from the apartment. A tip to first unload your car in front of the door (where parking spaces are plenty) and then drive to the parking lot would not be out of place on the site. I wanted to book the studio next to my parents' apartment, for which I had to pay €35 extra, which I find customer unfriendly. It was kindly communicated and explained though.... Otherwise it is a top location near the sea, it was clean and we had a pleasant stay. But next time I would either really book a hotel, or a cottage.

    Wij hadden een 2persoonsstudio gehuurd voor 2 dagen. Elke studio is anders en er staan veel verschillende foto’s op de site, die van ons viel qua ruimte tegen omdat er een sauna in de studio was gebouwd die veel (onnodige?!) ruimte innam. Het heet een aparthotel, maar er is niets hotel aan. Appartementencomplex was passender geweest. Je moet inchecken bij een kaartenmachine en we hebben het hele verblijf niemand gezien of gesproken. Het is erg gehorig (met 2 kleine kinderen was ik degene die het lawaai veroorzaakte maar ook dat voelt vervelend). De parkeerplaats is een eindje lopen vanaf het appartement. Een tip om eerst je auto uit te laden voor de deur (waar parkeerplekken genoeg zijn) en dan naar de parkeerplaats te rijden, zou niet misstaan op de site. Ik wilde graag de studio naast het appartement van mijn ouders boeken, waarvoor ik €35 extra moest betalen, wat ik klantonvriendelijk vind. Er werd wel vriendelijk over gecommuniceerd en uitleg over gegeven.. Verder is het een toplocatie vlakbij zee, was het netjes en hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad. Maar ik zou de volgende keer of echt een hotel, of een huisje boeken.
