The campsite is standard, the food in the restaurant is definitely sub-standard. But where your jaw drops is when you get the bill. 48 euro for 1 person and a small tent. But wait, the most shocking is, when paying wit a Bank card, it adds another 5 euro to the bill, that is something never heard of. And as a receipt I got a little handwritten invoice (?)!!. On my trip I passed Germany, France Austria and camps for my configuration were between 9 to 25 Euro as comparison. So if you got money for nothing, that's the place to go.

We were there for a week and can only report positive things. The price-performance ratio is absolutely justified and completely ok in my opinion. We paid 340 euros for 8 nights with 6 people and a dog. We had a standard pitch, without our own water connection, there was always a connection nearby at a good distance from the pitches, electricity was 6 amps, which was also perfectly adequate. Our pitch was very central, the wash house was less than a minute away. It was always clean and employees were regularly on hand to clean everything. There was a changing table with a huge washbasin in the wash house, where I could bathe my little mice (1.5 years old) at any time. Washing up was also great. Showers without a time limit, without queuing and well organized. Our dog was always welcome. You could clean up after your dog, there were garbage cans and poop bags everywhere. The children's lake is manageable, the large lake is also perfectly adequate. The bathing lake for dogs was also ok. There are lots of activities for children. The indoor playground offers fun for everyone, the alpaca feeding for 0.75 euros was very cheap and a small highlight, but you have to be quick when booking, as this seems to be very popular. Everything is controlled via the app, where you can see which program is on offer. Whether it's an insect hunt, face painting, arts and crafts, archery, campfire, foam party and much more. All in all, really great. In the morning you could get fresh bread rolls in the mini store, also very popular, sometimes with queuing, but short waiting times. Everything was a bit Dutch, but the staff were super friendly and always available to answer questions. It was very quiet at night, no extreme noise or anything else. Also very bearable for little mice. When making a reservation, you can enter your license plate number and are thus unbound as far as the entrances and exits are concerned. No extra check-in necessary. Off to the pitch and you're done. I can definitely make a recommendation here. Everything that is criticized in the other reviews (cleanliness etc.) is solely down to the guests and not the staff. You can also cycle here very well, beautiful nature and great forest paths which are accompanied by cows, rabbits and horses. You can shop in the neighboring village at Aldi and Lidl, Rossmann etc. Everything is easy to reach by bike or car. There is a specialty store with really great prices, we bought a parasol and barbecue there. So even if something is missing, you can get everything within a radius of 5 km. We would love to come back and thank you for this great experience. 🤗

Beautiful location & well-kept houses. The speedboat is definitely recommended as an activity!

I really liked it, but there was a problem with the hot water but it didn't cause any problems because of the heat, the pool was really well placed and there was some sort of evening party with everyone so it was very pleasant.

Our car was damaged because the only access to our assigned pitch was over a nearly 10 cm high curb. The campsite rules and the employee present at the time made it clear that parking on the pitch was mandatory – which meant the only way in was driving over this curb. Unsurprisingly, the car was damaged. The police came to the scene, yet the campsite management refused to cooperate or take any responsibility. Guests are treated well only as long as they pay – afterwards, the attitude completely changes. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Neat campsite, clean plumbing and plenty of facilities such as stores. For us too big campsite, too many motorized vehicles and scooters. What disappointed us is that money is asked for everything e.g. air cushion in the water etc. The show nights, super fun but it would be even nicer if more seats could be created ? Super friendly staff and helpful. Tip: bring plenty of cash ;)

Nice park with fairly new cottages. Plenty of amenities, nice wooded area and good service. Cottage Wood lodge is clean, good beds, modern kitchen and bathroom and a nice terrace. Some cottages are close together but enough space to sit on private terrace.

Great but very large place. Good and modern facilities. Moorings for boats and lots of bathing opportunities. We booked right by the sea and stood on a terrace with a great sea view. Despite the size - recommendation
