Neat campsite ( grass, bushes, plumbing), electricity boxes outdated and even disappeared!

Lovely campsite close to the beach, with access to the port a little further away to get to the town center and take the boat. The staff are friendly and attentive - nothing to say! Convenient bakery and snack service Large pool and plenty of space for children

We had a very nice overnight stay at Camping Gritt. Staff was friendly, the sanitary facilities were clean and it was quiet and peaceful. Given the location right by the river we were able to take some highly enjoyable walks. Checking in and out was easy and we were even allowed to check in a few minutes earlier.

I stayed in Caravan and I can only say kudos to all the staff; very clean and well distributed bathrooms, well shaded pitches set in vegetation worthy of the campground name! A true paradise. Lots of additional services (fresh croissants every morning) as well as all the information from locals, to make the most of your stay. Top

Relatively disappointed by this 4-star campsite, with its rough roads for access - it's the mountains, you might say - decent welcome, apart from the swimming pool which is open from 8am to 6pm, the restaurant and pizzeria are closed, and the grocery store on request. Make sure you ask for the camper space you want, as you may end up paying extra for a grassy area with electricity, the showers are draughty, the toilets are few and far between and spread throughout the campsite.

Had a great time in a tent with stove with my wife. A very pleasant place to see and to do again.

A superb campsite, warm and friendly, I had a wonderful stay. The proximity of the beach, the heated swimming pool, the bar-restaurant, everything is there to make you feel at home! The mobile homes are superbly well-equipped and perfectly functional. The staff are truly dedicated to making your stay a wonderful memory. I'd love to go back!

Just perfect...!!!

I rented a premium pitch with a freecamp (private bathroom and kitchenette). This block looks more like a scout bivouac, with cobwebs galore. The pitch was made available at 3pm, but as it hadn't been cleaned, I was made to wait an hour to be sent to the site, and once there, what a surprise - the cleaning hadn't been done. The same thing happened to our neighbors, who were offered two breakfasts at the restaurant. Nothing for me (at the same time I didn't ask for anything). I don't know about mobile home rentals, but as far as pitches are concerned, this campsite doesn't deserve 4 stars. As an explanation, I was told that they'd been overwhelmed because 40 reservations were made in two days. I replied that I understood but that it was their problem and not mine. I'm not coming back

Our little family had the most wonderful weekend stay at Hvalpsund Familie Camping. We were received with great service and the facilities were really nice. We had the most beautiful view from our cabin and we enjoyed the hot tub. We would like to give the place our warmest recommendations

The campground was pretty fully booked on this weekend. (Weekend for May 5). Despite that, it was wonderfully relaxed. The peace and quiet after 10 p.m. was really there. The plumbing was clean and good. The little river was soothing to listen to. On the hot days the children played in it. Delicious food in Echternach, which is within walking distance. Just a nice campsite. We will be back!
