I strongly advise against this campsite. This establishment takes the liberty of keeping customers' credit card details and deducting hundreds of euros without prior authorization (5x90€ + 45€ + 2x20€ + 10€ + 2x5€ for a total of 555.00€), without any justification or explanation. When contacted for explanations, they claim to have the right to do so without warning and without giving any reason.||"However, on leaving, he confirms when handing over the keys that everything is in order"||Furthermore, they insinuate that customers don't know how to read their contract. I strongly advise you to read the contract carefully before booking.||The prices are also very excessive in relation to the quality of the services provided. In addition to these dubious practices, the condition of the accommodation and the quality of service leave a lot to be desired. The lady on the phone is friendly, but the manager takes the liberty of insulting customers who ask for proof of his charges. I strongly recommend that you carry out an inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as it appears that the inventory of fixtures on arrival is not carried out, whereas for the inventory of fixtures on departure, they find details such as a stain inside the fridge so that they can apply the 90 euros for cleaning.||I also advise against leaving your credit card prints at this establishment.||I strongly recommend reading the google comments, Tripadvisor reviews of other customers before booking.

We had booked the campsite for 7 nights and were really looking forward to our vacation. The campsite itself is reasonably clean. After 1 day there was no more toilet paper and it wasn't refilled. Campers also warned us that we should lock our e-bikes very securely, as thieves from outside would break in and steal them. Which is what actually happened!!! On the 2nd night at 4:30 am we heard 3 men next to our bus carrying our 2 bikes + bike carrier (all locked together) past us. We were able to chase them away loudly and secure our bikes again. A large hole was discovered in the fence, through which the thieves got in and out. More was stolen during the night! When we told reception about the incident, they just said sorry and put a security guard on the fence to watch it. The fence was then only repaired with a straw screen, which was then done several times after we looked at it. Neither those at reception nor the boss were shocked, which was a sign that it had probably happened several times before. When we asked for a mobile home because we no longer felt safe, we were only told that we would have to clarify this with our organizer. Which is not their problem as far as security is concerned. That was it with sleeping, we broke off the vacation. We pay extra for a campsite so that we feel safe. Otherwise I could just stand outside on the street. The campsite is only secured with a wire mesh fence and anyone can go in and out. There are no identification bands, nor is there much control over who goes in and out. One security guard for the whole site. We personally wouldn't recommend the campsite to anyone, we've never experienced anything like it and we don't want to again

A super beautiful Park surrounded by nature. Park is new and the cottages beautiful. Comfortable beds, nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom compact but functional with spacious shower room and rain shower. Garden furniture fine and large terrace. We had 4p cottage number 15 with super nice unobstructed views over the meadows. Highly recommended. The back part of the park is still under construction but you will not be bothered if you book a cottage in the first part. Setting is beautiful, the park is on the border of the Bergvennen and the forest. There are a lot of opportunities for cycling trips. Two good restaurants to walking distance, 1.5 and 3km. Staff are so nice. We will definitely be back.

It's a magnificent destination with all the assets and we had an absolutely perfect stay! The setting: in the heart of nature, between 2 refreshing rivers where you can walk/boat/canoe..., with wooded areas, and just a few minutes' walk from the town center. There's everything you need to enjoy the countryside and/or the town (Millau's dynamic center is just a few minutes' walk away, with its charming pedestrian streets and shops). We took a caravan on the river bank, and it was really pleasant and soothing! The site is on a human scale, and we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet we were looking for, while taking advantage of all the entertainment and activities on offer at the campsite.|The team: they are very welcoming, available, friendly, responsive, and give good advice... and a special thank you to Clément, who knows how to keep the toddlers busy in the morning! Thanks also for the superb (athletic ;-) hike in the Causses and the introduction to natural basketry - it's really original and fantastic! In short, a perfect team, from start to finish, and many thanks for the helping hand with the car, which also benefited from its stay to relax... battery-wise ;-)|I absolutely recommend it!

In April made a booking for a week camping with a dog this was approved so we also immediately paid, 5 July arrived after a strange reception, we put up the awning was us by a man bluntly said that they do not want dogs at the campsite, not even a dog,,,so we were called by the reception to come,well so blunt and unfriendly we were told that an old employee had made this mistake and we had to leave there was room for us on the Schenkel furiously we went packing,,, on to the Schenkel where we did receive a warm welcome and the pampel us laugh not refunded €30 so no no no Pampel.More for us with rude people, until the court.

Unfortunately r at this park is no longer an opportunity to t eat. Not even a snack bar anymore.

We were looking for a pitch for one night. We were very happy and can recommend the campsite, especially for families.

Pleasant accommodation. We stayed in a glamping tent where everything was adequate. The 'finishing slats' of the kitchen block were loose, it did not bother us. However, we were disturbed by the noise at night, possibly on the public parking lot. Also the reception was clear that our boat trailer must be on the 'public' parking lot, which gave us an unsafe feeling. Improvements : provide parking for trailers of the boats. Here the trailer and the boat can then be safely parked for a night to load and unload. In our opinion, this can be perfectly provided at the 'technical' area. And include a real coffee maker in basic equipment. Otherwise very helpful and friendly staff at the campsite ! We will probably book this campsite again next year....
