Tiny cabin
Buitenplaats HoltenThe park is conveniently located to the many bicycle routes and some nice places, villages in the area. By car, the larger cities are easily accessible. The cottage is good value for money and has excellent facilities. The location of the cottages in relation to each other is fine and there is plenty of privacy. We had a great time; even when the weather is not so good, the cottage and the beautiful surroundings are very pleasant.

Het park ligt gunstig t.o.v. de vele fietsroutes en een aantal leuke plaatsen, dorpen in de omgeving. Met de auto zijn de wat grotere steden goed bereikbaar. Het huisje heeft een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en is voorzien van prima voorzieningen. De ligging van de huisjes ten opzichte van elkaar is prima en er is voldoende privacy. Mooie tijd gehad; ook als het weer wat minder is, is het goed toeven in het huisje en in de hele mooie omgeving.

Camping RolandVast campground with good facilities for young and old. We spent a week using one of 2 "Pods" which looked neat and tidy and were in an idyllic spot at the front of the campsite. Pod 2 was equipped with all the necessary conveniences. Only showering had to be done in one of the neat toilet buildings with a very convenient charging card system. From the adjacent fixed sites with mostly German guests who regularly passed by from a distance along the road and often friendly greetings you had some (admiring) view, but otherwise you were not bothered. The area is ideal for beautiful (junction) cycling along the Meuse and through the beautiful nature reserve ""the Maasduinen".

Uitgestrekte camping met goede voorzieningen voor jong en oud. Wij hebben een week gebruik gemaakt van één van de 2 "Pods" die er keurig en netjes afgewerkt uitzagen en op een idyllisch plekje vooraan op de camping stonden. Pod 2 was van alle benodigde gemakken voorzien. Alleen douchen moest in één van de keurige toiletgebouwen met een zeer handig op te laden card-systeem. Van de naastgelegen vaste plekken met veelal Duitse gasten die regelmatig op afstand langs de weg voorbij kwamen en vaak vriendelijk groetten had je wel wat (bewonderend) bekijks, maar verder je geen last. De omgeving leent zich uitstekend voor mooie (knooppunt)fietstochten o.a. langs de Maas en door het prachtige natuurgebied ""de Maasduinen".

Camping EtxarriThe restaurant of the campsite of Etxarri I know they have changed the management, now smells clean and disinfection. El restaurante del camping de Etxarri sé nota que han cambiado la gestion, ahora huele a limpio y a desinfeccion. Me consta que con Los pocos medios que tienen ahora Hacen Comida de Estrella michelin, unas hamburguesas de una calidad exquisita y un servicio sin igual, con camareros de la zona y con muchas ganas de dar un servicio profesional. Siempre vengo al camping de Etxarri y el cambio en el restaurante este año ha Sido espectacular. Ojala se les reconozca a estos profesionales como sé merecen para que no sé vayan. Es increible el giro que ha dado este servicio en el camping.
