Super nice short vacation in nature with great hosts and lots of experiences.

Disappointing for a 4-star We were very disappointed by our weekend at this 4-star campsite. Several points need to be seriously reviewed: - The advertised beach access time is misleading: it takes much longer than indicated. - The atmosphere is extremely rigid: no music allowed inside the mobile home (door closed!), no noise tolerated outside, on pain of being picked up like teenagers. - Lack of basic equipment (no deckchairs available), and a lifeguard not present for a campsite of this standing. - Constant surveillance totally spoils the feeling of relaxation. - The staff don't even say hello in the morning, which accentuates the impression of a lack of human warmth. - The general atmosphere clearly reminded us of a nursing home, far removed from the convivial spirit of a campsite. - Last but not least, despite several similar negative reviews already published, there was no challenge from management. We won't be coming back, and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxed and welcoming stay.

Hello I find you particularly in bad faith when I read your replies to the comments. We arrived to a very poor reception at 11pm. Knowing that it was a heatwave, we weren't allowed to talk outside, and were reprimanded twice by the security guard. The next morning, someone from the staff came onto our terrace, scolding us like young children, threatening to finish the weekend at home!!!!! Throughout the weekend we were regularly watched at the mobile home without saying hello. The pool is cool and all the more worrying for unsupervised children. Extremely disappointed but apparently you don't question yourselves.

We had a really nice experience at Residence Lichtenvoorde. It's a super child-friendly place with both indoor and outdoor pools, which the kids loved. There are several playgrounds and lots of green areas, making it ideal for families. The on-site restaurant was also great - delicious food and cozy atmosphere. The whole area is well maintained and welcoming.

Last weekend we stayed at Camping the Small World. We were in a luxury Swedish cottage with our 2 boys ages 3 and 10. We enjoyed our weekend away. It is a great Camping, the atmosphere, nature, surroundings, restaurant, swimming pool, evening campfire, the staff, the cottage... everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this campsite, also our son of 10 years had a great time. For us definitely recommended and we will definitely come back.

We have visited many campsites, but this was by far the best one we stayed at! Small scale, charming, lots of grass and greenery, huge amenities for the kids (sandbox, pool, disco lights, table tennis, bicycles,...) with plenty of shaded areas, quiet environment and the owners are incredibly friendly!

Really nice welcome. The personnel is really lovely. The facilities are clean and well maintained. With a swimming pool and a really nice river to walk. Accept dogs.

We booked 2 tent pitches side by side on the waterfront. We had a very pleasant stay. The sanitary facilities are clean and close by, and there's also a water point for washing up next door, so it's very practical. People are respectful and quiet. I recommend the activities on offer, such as rafting and electric scooters. We'll be back next year! Thank you very much!

Nice small campsite, lots of local tourists and not many from other countries. More cozy than larger campsites we have tried, nice pool area for the kids. Unfortunately we experienced some noise on the campsite even after 23.00.

One of our favourite campsites. Great pool/recreation area. It has a Bar, Restaurant and takeaway. Close to the Canal along which we cycled to Dinan. Always busy so book early.

Absolutely recommendable, super nice owners and staff, central location: AiguesMortes, Nîmes, Arles, Pont du Gard, Saint Marie de la mer all within a radius of 30-50 km
