Nice terraced campground. We had an airdreamer as accommodation. No nice view unfortunately for us. The pool and restaurant are top. Nice campsite for children up to 12 to 13 years.

A nice quiet park, even though it is full! Beautiful playgrounds. Beautiful spray park and the outdoor pool across the street...i love it!

Group accommodation leaves much to be desired. Lots of cobwebs and ramshackle refrigerator. Does not close well, definitely not enough for 20 people. Very noisy but fine for those few nights we were there.

Rustic campsite, but where they say rustic they mean shabby. At the reception/bar, which is closed from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., they say you can walk straight into the village, where time has stood still. Well the village is modern compared to the campsite. The showers in the lower part are very dated. Taps in the washroom turn on with a foot switch. Everything works that is and there was a good jet of hot water from the shower. That's all. You have to have good calves to do a pee, but of course you can expect that on a terraced campsite. The sites are of fine size, but you have to realize that the ground is not too good. Bring a ground lug! Water points are also hard to reach without disturbing other people, but maybe that's part of it. Then once you've had the climb towards the bar and pool, where there is also the reception, and saved you get to the pool, which in high season is way too small. You have to wear a swimming cap, because otherwise the murky water gets even dirtier. But anyway, then after a swim then sit on a tanning bed. Just looking for one that still works as it should. Much too hot of course to sit in the full sun, luckily there are parasols, not that there is a foot or other way to secure them. So we had to fool around to get some shade. If you then think around 1 p.m., I would like something, then it turns out that the bar is closed until 4 p.m.. I guess we are just too late, but no the reception and bar is already closed from 11am. Fortunately there is self-service for ice cream and drinks, but a nice cocktail or wine is out of the question. Nothing to nibble on either. Missed opportunity, because a little lunch like thing would be nice. Then there's this. The spots are largely inaccessible by car, keep that in mind. Because with worse condition, you'll be exhausted before you even start building your tent. Bread must be ordered before 12am, so if you arrive later (which is most of the time) you may make do with the things left over. There are some playground equipment for children, but most of them are really in need of replacement. We paid for a large tent two adults and a child of 6, €57 per night. Pretty pricey, as there doesn't seem to be any investment in the campsite itself. In short, way too expensive for the poverty you get. Restaurant is fine.

Top campsite! Very welcoming with lots of unusual accommodation; surrounded by forest. Fun and varied activities. A must! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed two weeks at this beautiful little campground with our young family. Spacious sites, lots of greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere both on the campground and in the surrounding area. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The pool, the climbing structure, the swings, and the play areas aren’t huge, but for us, that was just perfect. We’ll definitely be back here someday.

Small world is really a good name for this campground. In fact, you feel a little bit part of the family. Bas and Annemieke take care of this campsite with a lot of attention and love. Nice atmosphere at the pool bar. Good menu at the bistro! Especially the thin fries.

Wonderful camping! So nice that the campground is cozy and uncluttered. In addition, the aesthetic is to pass through a ring! Not only is it next to a beautiful nature and hiking area, but you will also find beautiful wildflowers on the campsite. The toilet block, the Bistro and the swimming pool are also tastefully decorated making it a pleasure to be everywhere. Enjoy roasting marshmallows by the campfire, a silent disco for the kids, a band at times or Yoga in the church. Everyone is catered for, we will definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay. However, there are two areas for improvement: The outdated equipment in the mobile home. Two washing machines are not enough for the whole campsite, so there's too much of a wait to wash your clothes. The welcome, activities and service were perfect.

Stayed at Familiepark Goolderheide for 11 nights in a 4 berth static caravan with children aged 6 and 9 years - had a brilliant time, couldn’t fault the beautiful location, site or facilities - had everything we needed for a brilliant and memorable holiday. Beds were comfy and we all slept well, pillows are very soft and maybe we would bring our own next time. Would have benefited from a toaster in the caravan. The children especially loved the large pool and slides, and the different park areas. There’s lots of room for sunbathing, but no sun loungers so would recommend bringing camping chairs, blanket to set up a pitch - felt comfortable leaving our belongings whilst we were in the pool. Lots of bins for rubbish so the area stayed clean and tidy. Lots of space for playing football and tennis without having to use the pitches / courts. We hired bikes which were really reasonably priced and there are some lovely routes in the area - we will definitely be bringing our own bikes next time though so we can explore more in our own time. Shop is basic but has everything you need in case of emergencies and there is an Aldi and Carrefour 5 minutes drive away for a bigger shop. We used the takeaway a couple of times for frites and they were really yummy, although the waiting time was quite long - but hey we’re on holiday, no need to rush! Also got takeaway pizza from the restaurant which the children said was yummy. Restaurant shuts at 8pm so maybe would have eaten there if it had stayed open later. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, spoke really good English. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to return! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
