Popular: Viewpoint Disliked: Ancient bathroom facilities, I preferred to go to our toilet in the camper... Also no toilet paper included. Staff are not open to feedback. I would not recommend this place.

I was there at the beginning of July with my family, beautiful place and especially beautiful huge swimming pools, well-maintained camping.|The staff very professional, especially the receptionist Judit always helpful and kind.|My little girl had a great time, we will definitely return.

Location and surroundings are fine |we had a Roulotte (cottage on wheels) for 4 people. This looked reasonable |except for the beds. Our 2 person bed was smaller than a doubter, it had a mattress on it that is not meant for 2 adults and it felt hard. Keep this in mind if you want to book this accommodation. We had booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 night. |Have stated this complaint at reception and on their complaint form, Response from both; these mattresses are in every accommodation."

What a great site! Right on the side of the river. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. They managed to get us two pitches next to each other in the sunshine ☀️. 2 pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Defo recommend this one for families, couples or just on your own. Very peaceful ☺️ xxx

It is a beautiful park, too bad it is owned by EuroParcs who only seems to care about making profit and not customer experience. ||The cottage was not clean upon arrival. The remains of the previous occupants and their pets were still clearly present. ||There is no restaurant open at the park, apparently not for two years and also there they tell you nothing about when you book a cottage. The snack bar that does open is really terrible. Cold fries and not cooked.||The high chair that would be delivered, we had not received at 17.00 and because the reception is already closed, you have to call the emergency number to still receive it at least an hour later.||If you then want to properly express your dissatisfaction to EuroParcs, after all, they ask for in their "welcome" email, then there is just like the two other emails not responded to. ||Customer experience and customer satisfaction are clearly not high on their list of priorities. In short paying a lot of money for a cottage and no facilities at the park that would make your vacation so much more enjoyable.

Liked: Great place to stay. Arrived late due to traffic problems but the hosts were very welcoming and understanding. Great breakfast too. We will be back!

Liked: Many recreational opportunities, volleyball court, table tennis courts, soccer field, and swimming pool, very wide spaces. Evenings and games organized by the camp animators suitable mainly for children Disliked: very little cleanliness and maintenance. Cobwebs everywhere, dirty restaurant with ants everywhere and overpriced frozen food. Toilet hygiene low, lots of cobwebs and general dirt there too

Liked: It's already the second year that we come here to Punta Navaccia because the campsite is really nice and in some areas very wooded and quiet even if then actually at the entrance of the campsite there is the hottest area with swimming pool, ping pong, little theater, bar, soccer and volleyball field and the animation ... but the real pearl of qst camping is the magical view at sunset over the lake .

The park is well maintained and makes a good first impression. We couldn't choose the house itself on the map beforehand, we booked a category. ||The location was fine for us, as we made many trips from the site by car.||What we didn't find so good ||Stairs to the upper floor very steep and narrow steps. Not easy for older people.||No fly screens on the patio doors or windows so ventilation is not possible in the evening.||The house entrance gate on the fence was always stuck. A simple warped wooden gate. The path to the front door with grit causes dirt in the house.||Far too little storage space for the wardrobe in the bedrooms. Shelves were available but hardly any possibility to hang anything up.

Very good stay, pleasant and well-maintained family campsite, friendly and attentive team, very well located with a pretty beach nearby, it's a very beautiful region!|We tasted the local gastronomic specialities and enjoyed ourselves😋
