Everything you need is available

Very nice place, very friendly where you can have a great time with children young and old, very well laid out in the water with water games and beach and lawns with games for young and old alike and plenty of shade for picnics and even a restaurant, cocktail bar and stand with drinks pancakes ice cream. In short, everything you need for a great day out.

Well we had booked from Monday to Monday but unfortunately we are back home on the Thursday. Really many campsites but this is really on top, tokkie camping. The first day we already wanted to go home but because of the children we stayed for a while. Lots of screaming and huge nuisance in the evening. Aso children with bullying behavior and totally no education. Positive experience, well the pool you can not say anything of very nice! And pony riding with our daughters. Was nice. All in all unfortunately disappointed and next year but again our familiar campsite.

Rust!!

Magnificent setting, with lake and mobile homes all around. Heated indoor pool. The pitches are large. We're not squeezed like other campsites. Lots of entertainment for all ages. The entertainers are top-notch. All the staff are friendly. Only downside: no restaurant on Wednesday and Thursday. A food truck makes up for it.

Great facilities and a great site for the family. The only improvement I would suggest is having showers with better pressure and adjustable temperature. It reached 36 degrees whilst we were there and a cold shower would have been very welcomed. However, it’s a fixed warm temperature.

Bungalow for 2 people:Ras very clean almost new. However, there was never anyone at reception. Lawn mowing, lawn mower, tractor, incessant hammering and drilling noises from the maintenance person... morning, noon, afternoon... When there's nothing else to do but rest, at the very least, please be quiet! One washing machine for the whole campsite, too few, especially as the staff use it to wash their own sheets! Croissant delivery from 9am only. Campsite used only as a place to sleep at night, nothing more.

Campsite with lots of activities for children in July and August. Pleasant swimming pool despite slightly chilly water. Friendly reception. There are pitches for people passing through, so don't hesitate to ask at reception. Sanitary facilities quite adequate. Top-notch beach. Plenty to eat within walking distance of the campsite. I've been coming to this campsite every year for 17 years, and a lot has changed since then...

It is a busy campground. You should not come there with too big a caravan either. The sites are reasonable only to get your caravan in is the following. The road/gravel/boulders in the campground is narrow and you have no room to turn in. We had little to no grass on the spot, with rain you get a mud mess. There are 2 plumbing buildings, 1 of which is very old but clean with only toilets. The other looks clean. Few showers for a whole campsite. Nice baby/children's sanitary. And a nice pool for children, but very busy with nice weather. They have a small store and you can get sandwiches in the morning, late at 8:30 am and quite pricey. There is Dutch spoken but it certainly could be a little friendly. Price quality ratio very expensive.

Beautiful surroundings, nice private spots (this does not apply to all accommodations, but we were in a trap door tent and it certainly does) and a nice, small-scale campsite. Road between the campsite is dangerous with children though, so unfortunately they cannot move around completely freely. What we really missed was a terrace by the playground and Dutch speaking animation. In addition, the refrigerator was not cleaned, hence the star less for the accommodation.

Very nice park. Somewhat unusual location in the middle of fields. But Hoorn is only about 3 km away. Very nice accommodation. We stayed in house number 48 and were very happy with the place and the cleanliness. We were there in June and this time without dogs. We would also like to come back with dogs. Unfortunately, there is not much in the way of fenced plots. That would be the only drawback we would have.
