Waar ik eerst vriendelijk werd geholpen, heb ik vervolgens € 200,- moeten bijbetalen voor dezelfde boeking (om annulering te voorkomen), zonder fatsoenlijke uitleg en ondanks de fouten die er zijn gemaakt bij Belvilla. Een simpele omboeking had een hoop frustratie kunnen voorkomen.
