Camping SiëstaWe visited this campsite with a caravan in December. It was very calm on the tourist sites. You get a code for the barriers at the reception. This code is also valid for access to the sanitary facilities. The reception is friendly. We were allowed to choose our own pitch. The pitches are numbered and equipped with electricity and lighting. Beautiful spacious places (grass) surrounded by trees. No problems with mud despite a lot of rain, the pitches and paths are well paved. The sanitary facilities are well taken care of. There is toilet paper. Also a dump for chemical toilet and gray water and separated waste. It was very quiet at night. The cafeteria was closed (low season). There is a small playground and also glamping tents. Ideal for hiking. A lot of chalets have been built in the forest, so there is regular traffic on some paths. Some downsides: the last part of the public road to the campground is littered with small deep pits that you can't avoid and follow very close together. These were also full of mud water. Even at 5 km/h it was too heavy. Everything was shaken up. In addition, the campground has 2 entrances. This was not communicated. Consequence : we drive through those pits lane to the reception to be told to back up the road and return to a side street also littered with deep little pits where the tourist pitches are. The street was too narrow for us so we had to make a long detour. The entrance for the tourist sites is on the Corsica road, but there is no reception and only a closed barrier. So we had to register at the reception to get a code. Something to keep in mind.

Wij hebben deze camping bezocht met een caravan in december. Het was heel kalm op de toeristische plaatsen. Je krijgt een code voor de slagbomen bij de receptie. Deze code geldt ook voor toegang tot het sanitair. De receptie is vriendelijk. We mochten zelf een plaats kiezen. De plaatsen zijn genummerd en voorzien van electriciteit en verlichting. Mooie ruime plaatsen (gras) omringd door bomen. Geen last van modder ondanks veel regen, de plaatsen en paadjes zijn goed verhard. Het sanitair is verzorgd. Er is toiletpapier. Ook een stortplaats voor chemisch toilet en grijs water en gescheiden afval. ‘s Nachts was het er zeer rustig. De cafetaria was gesloten (laag seizoen). Er is een kleine speeltuin en er staan tevens glamping tenten. Ideaal om te wandelen. In het bos zijn wel veel chalets gebouwd, er is dus wel regelmatig verkeer op sommige paden. Enkele minpuntjes: het laatste stuk van de openbare weg naar de camping ligt bezaaid met kleine diepe putjes die je niet kunt vermijden en heel kort op elkaar volgen. Deze stonden ook nog eens vol modderwater. Zelfs aan 5 km/u was het te heftig. Alles werd door elkaar geschud. Daarnaast heeft de camping 2 ingangen. Dat werd niet gecommuniceerd. Gevolg : we rijden door die putten baan naar de receptie om te horen dat we achteruit terug de weg op moeten en terug moeten keren naar een zijstraat eveneens bezaaid met diepe kleine putten waar de toeristische plaatsen zijn. Daarvoor was voor ons de straat te smal zodat we een gans stuk omgereden hebben. De ingang voor de toeristische plaatsen is dus op de Corsicabaan, maar daar is geen receptie en enkel een gesloten slagboom. Dus toch eerst aanmelden bij de receptie om een code te krijgen. Iets om rekening mee te houden.
