Camping ElbelingNot unsympathetic campground but is far from highways and sightseeing or visiting Hamburg. The Elbe runs alongside the campground but I was soon done with that. You have to like long bike rides with by no means always bike paths. WiFi is good but often turned down by trees.

Niet onaardige camping maar ligt ver van snelwegen en bezienswaardigheden of bezoek aan Hamburg. De Elbe loopt langs de camping maar daar was ik wel snel klaar mee. Je moet van lange fietstochten houden met lang niet altijd fietspaden. WiFi is wel goed maar wordt door bomen vaak afgezwakt.

(offline van Vodatent) Camping MareveldWe visited this campground in July 2021. Nice campsite with good facilities. Very nice playground for children, good restaurant, nice swimming pool. The pitches are quite small, so you are quite close together. The sanitary building left something to be desired when it comes to hygiene and capacity compared to the number of camping guests.

Wij hebben deze camping bezocht in juli 2021. Leuke camping met goede faciliteiten. Hele leuke speeltuin voor de kinderen, goed restaurant, mooi zwembad. De plekken zijn best klein, je staat dus vrij dicht op elkaar. Het sanitair gebouw liet wel wat te wensen over als het gaat om hygiëne en capaciteit t.o.v. het aantal campinggasten.

Vakantiepark LeukermeerWe rented a houseboat, which we liked very much. Very nicely furnished, feel-good atmosphere everywhere. Then we wanted to take a quick shower and realized that there were no towels - you had to book and pay for them separately, which was not mentioned anywhere and I think is absolutely unnecessary and should be standard in every accommodation!!!! Otherwise everything was perfect - from the terrace directly into the water - wonderful!

Wir haben ein Hausboot gemietet, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, Wohlfühlatmosphäre überall. Dann wollten wir kurz duschen und stellten fest, dass keine Handtücher vorhanden waren - diese musste man zusätzlich buchen und bezahlen, was nirgends stand und wie ich finde absolut unnötig ist und in jeder Unterkunft Standard sein sollte!!!! Sonst war alles perfekt - von der Terrasse direkt ins Wasser - herrlich!

Marina HeegA very friendly atmosphere with nice staff. The boat is good (furling jib on the Polyvalk could be bigger) and fun. We had thought that there would also be a tarpaulin to sleep under and a little camping equipment like in the old days - luckily we had a tent. Very nice overall. Dietrich Klauwer

Eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre mit netten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Das Boot ist gut (Rollfock am Polyvalk könnte größer sein) und macht Spaß. Wir hatten gedacht, dass es auch eine Persenning zum Schlafen gibt und eine kleine Campingausstattung wie früher - zum Glück hatten wir ein Zelt. Insgesamt sehr nett. Dietrich Klauwer

Resort Mooi BemelenBeautifully located park, with nice accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff. Due to the nice weather we were able to use the open air pool daily. The lady who managed the bar kept a perfect eye on everything and corrected where necessary. (People with their own music were nicely addressed, chairs put back straight, etc.) In short, a very nice vacation week.

Mooi gelegen park, met mooi accomodaties. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Door het mooie weer hebben we dagelijks gebruik kunnen maken van het open lucht zwembad. De mevrouw die de bar beheerde hield alles perfect in het oog en corrigeerde daar waar nodig. ( mensen met eigen muziek werden daar keurig op aangesproken, stoelen weer recht gezet e.d) Kortom een erg mooie vakantieweek gehad.
