When we arrived the receptionists were really friendly and professional. Unfortunately when we got to our place, it was too small for our mobile home. The receptionists reacted quickly and moved us to a fitting place uncomplicated. Two days later suddenly the battery of our fuel car got empty. We went to the reception and again they helped us really quick. A guy came to our camping place and helped us start the motor again. Furthermore the whole camping area is beautiful, restrooms are clean, beaches are also really great. There is a lot of space for people therefore its not crowded at all. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at the mobile home campsite this summer. We commend the management's availability and responsiveness in the event of a problem. The mobile home was recent and very functional (surface cleaning and bedding not up to scratch, too bad). The pitches are spacious and sufficiently far apart to allow us to enjoy the peace and quiet. However, the lack of management at nightfall spoils the peace and quiet ... some disrespectful holidaymakers stay in the games (which are supposed to close at 8pm) and at the bar until 00:00. Screaming and heckling spoil the peace and quiet! The entertainment, which has the merit of existing, is provided by friendly but inexperienced young people, so, for example, at naptime for toddlers, it's not a good idea to go through the aisles in a buggy, music blaring, to have water fights with friends! Entertainment below 4-star standards. Restaurant/snack bar not very attractive either! Wifi network not very functional. Swimming pool clean, heated and spacious enough to have fun! The campsite is very well located for visiting the surrounding area!

Stayed two days in van nothing to say apart from the cleanliness of sanitation but also showers (limestone tap leaking cold water and the worst poop in the shower) does not deserve three stars

Camping Umag Unfortunately for us, the camping site was mostly covered with large stones and rocks, which made it impossible for us to pitch our tent without sharp stones piercing through the groundsheet. After complaining to the reception, the answer was "we have no other place available", so we raked away the biggest stones and tried to make the best of it, resulting, yes, in a broken ground sheet. After 5 days a manager came with the option to move to a better pitch, but you don't just move a 5x8 tent, for 4 remaining nights, so thank you kindly. Special; the neighbors told us that it happens more often that guests refuse pitches, and did get another pitch. The website notice; "campsite with neat grass trimmed pitches" may be taken with a large grain (salt) of stone. For an RV or caravan it may be OK, but be careful with your tent. Furthermore; we were surprised by the size of the campground; with +2800 pitches = very large. This means that there are many people together, with logical consequences; in high season it is very crowded = noisy and irritations. Lots of offerings with everything and something for everyone. Includes electric scooters driving around (hard), cars do not drive slowly on the property, pitches vary greatly in size; so pay close attention when booking. Also, the adjacent highway is noisy (at night). Plenty of plumbing, no limit to shower time and temperature can be set by yourself, when busy not always clean, but logical consequence of the mass of people. Men's and women's showers are (unclear) next to each other and sometimes give confusion. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets. Pay for sun bed and umbrella of course. Mass = cash register. For peace seekers not ideal.

We had a great stay at this campsite despite the heat. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The tents (safari tents for us) are good. Beware, the site is on a slope and the terrace is a bit high with a big step. This can be tricky with very young children. The place is quiet and in the forest. You feel at home here. The only "negative" point (because it's relative) is that the "privileged" access to the river is not on the campsite. You have to take your car. Otherwise it's a 30-minute walk and a steep climb back. We would have preferred to know beforehand, because with children, it's complicated without the car. But the nearest bathing place is just great😁.

The rooms were ok now, but not quite as clean. There was still sand in the rooms and the table was partly covered in crumbs. The park is beautifully designed with lots of activity areas for children. The animation team and the associated shows are well organized, so that you have new themes and possibilities every day. The "outdoor pool" with two pools was sufficient for the children to have fun and relax. A nice park in itself but unfortunately a lot of mosquitoes. Perhaps fly screens could be used here to make it even more pleasant.

Nice location on the outskirts of town. Small supermarket with enough for errands within walking distance from the campsite. Small but nice swimming pool, very good plumbing and very clean, nice little bar. Very friendly staff both at reception and bar. A little more small lighting could be placed by the paths. We were with tent, do bring strong nails but fine to do! The highway is not far so you can hear but it did not bother us.

Plentiful hot water. Facilities were clean despite the amount of people. Plot 62, backs onto a restaurant that had VERY loud music and singing and not very good either until 11.30. Made sitting out in peace and quite impossible. 31 Euros was expensive for a mediocre pitch. 50 Euros for a river view.
