Resort BosvalleiWe are very pleased with how it was resolved with our chalet full of defects though. All the staff on site did everything they could to still make it a nice vacation. This was really perfectly taken care of. And there was also very quick action when we reported it.

Wij zijn wel heel tevreden over hoe het opgelost is met onze chalet vol met gebreken. Alle medewerkers ter plekke deden alles om het toch tot een fijne vakantie te maken. Dit was echt heel perfect geregeld. En er werd ook heel snel gehandeld toen we het melden.

Resort BosvalleiStaff was very friendly and helpful at both check-in and check-out. Unfortunately I did not remember the names of both ladies but they were very friendly. The welcome package was a surprise and was considered very positive by me. Also the bottle of water at check out was an unexpected but nice surprise

Personeel was zowel bij het inchecken als het uitchecken erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas heb ik de namen van beide dames niet onthouden maar ze waren erg vriendelijk. Het welkom pakket was een verassing en is door mij als zeer positief ervaren. Ook het flesje water bij het uitchecken was een onverwachte maar leuke verassing
