Résidence ValkenburgFront desk staff friendly, especially girl at check in on Monday afternoon, Aug. 29. Girl with light brown long hair. Very enthusiastic and cheerful and full info. Was very pleasant and cozy arriving. Really stood out! Don't know her name unfortunately. View very nice on the hills.

Receptiemedewerkers vriendelijk, zeker meisje bij de check in op maandagmiddag 29 augustus. Meisje met lichtbruin lang haar. Heel enthousiast en vrolijk en volledige info. Was heel prettig en gezellig aankomen. Viel echt op! Weet helaas haar naam niet. Uitzicht heel mooi op de heuvels.

De naam weet ik niet maar bij de receptie zijn ze zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.zowel in het geval van de parasol en ook toen we aan kwamen . We waren aan de vroege kant dus het huisje moest nog schoongemaakt worden . Ze ging bellen wanneer het klaar was. Dat zou rond 2 uur zijn . Prima. Maar de receptioniste belde ons al eerder op dat het klaar was. Dat vonden wij buitengewoon mooi. Dus voor de receptie een dikke 10

The wasps were very annoyingly present. Nothing you can do about that, but it makes eating outside difficult.

De zeer goede actie van de dame bij ontvangst, en op de melding van de beschadigingen. De snelheid waarmee de parasol gerepareerd werd. Bij het restaurant het direct inspelen op mijn vraag voor een zoutloos menu voor mijn vrouw. Dat was echt geweldig. Onze dank (nogmaals) voor de kok en de bediening. n opmerking. De wespen waren heel vervelend aanwezig. Daar kunt u niets aan doen, maar dat maakt buiten eten lastig.

Résidence ValkenburgOn arrival zr friendly receptionist. The restaurant was super, delicious food and the service deserves a big 10, both the owner and, I think Ernst, who should be cherished as a staff member. We ate there 3 out of 5 evenings, Tuesday we were visiting friends in Belgium otherwise we would have eaten there too.

Bij aankomst zr vriendelijke receptioniste. Het restaurant was super, lekker gegeten en de bediening verdient een dikke 10, zowel de eigenaar als, ik meen Ernst, die moet gekoesterd worden als personeelslid. We hebben daar 3 van de 5 avonden gegeten, dinsdag waren we naar vrienden in Belgi anders waren we die dag ook gaan eten.
