Résidence ValkenburgOn the ena last day we had to go home unexpectedly early. When checking out we indicated that we turned on the dishwasher and it was still on. This was not a problem! 3 times (check in, a question, check out) at the reception with the same employee, very friendly and helpful!

Op de ena laatste dag moesten we onverwacht eerder naar huis. Bij het uitchecken aangegeven dat we de vaatwasser aangezet hebben en dat deze nog aanstond. Dit was geen probleem! 3x (inchecken, een vraag, uitchecken) bij de receptie geweest bij dezelfde medewerkster, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Résidence Valkenburgthe kindness of the lady at the reception...in a short time we had a nwe kettle.the old one was very dirty and there was a curtain missing which she solved by sticking garbage bag against t window.the defective bucket and dustpan and brush and puller were quickly re-delivered!

de vriendelijkheid van de dame bij de receptie...in korte tijd hadden we een nwe waterkoker.de oude was zeer vies en er ontbrak een gordijn welke zij opgelost heeft dmv vuilniszak tegen t raam te plakken.de manco emmer en stoffer en blik en trekkertrek werden snel nageleverd!

Résidence ValkenburgIt is a very quiet, clean park. Actually surprised by the nice cottages that for once did not look like the standard bungalow park cottages. Also the covered roof at the cottage was super, too bad we did not have such nice weather, then we could have sat outside.

Het is een heel rustig, schoon park. Eigenlijk verrast door de leuke huisjes die eens niet leken op de standaard bungalowpark huisjes. Ook de overdekte overkapping bij het huisje was super, jammer dat we niet zon mooi weer hadden, dan hadden we lekker buiten kunnen zitten.
