Résidence ValkenburgBefore leaving, I had become unwell and was taken by ambulance to the hospital in Heerlen. Then the staff showed great understanding to my family regarding the cleaning of the chalet. I would like to thank you for that. We hope that the future plans you have for expanding your park will be approved by the Council of States. As we wish everyone a wonderful, hospitable stay with you at Park Residence Valkenburg. Voor het vertrek was ik onwel geworden en door de ambulance naar het ziekenhuis in Heerlen gebracht. Toen hebben de medewerkers aan mijn familie alle begrip getoond i.v.m. de schoonmaak van het chalet. Daarvoor wil ik mijn dank uitspreken . We hopen dat de toekomstplannen die U voor uitbreiden van Uw park alsnog door de raad van Staten worden goedgekeurd . Aangezien wij een Ieder zo een prachtig, gastvrij verblijf gunnen bij U op het Park Residence Valkenburg. Het was een formidabel verblijf en wij komen terug . Doordat onze gereserveerde accommodatie niet fris rook, kregen we een upgrade naar een andere accommodatie die voldeed ruimschoots aan onze verwachtingen. Het probleem was heel snel opgelost, dank hiervoor aan de medewerkers die werkzaam waren op 22 augustus bij de receptie.
