Park WesterkoggeIt was the best vacation home we have ever had. Everything was perfect except for the two little things that in our opinion belong to a kitchen but are not important at all. We would definitely like to come back next year and we really enjoyed your friendliness. Many greetings

Park WesterkoggeEveryone was very friendly and well helpful. Well 1 small point. An ambulance came 2 times on the 2nd night for my father-in-law. First time he was not taken. The 2nd time they took him to the hospital anyway. Both times someone was there from the park. In the night a man and in the morning a woman. Already someone from the reception. So they were aware of the situation. When my father-in-law returned home after 2 days, we decided to see if we could book an extra stay. This was fortunately possible. The only thing I find a little unfortunate is that they didn't call once to see how things were going. Know that it is not necessary of course but something like this happens on your park I would ask out of politeness how this person is doing now.

Iedereen was erg vriendelijk en goed behulpzaam. Wel 1 klein puntje. Er is op de 2e nachts 2 x over een ambulance gekomen voor mijn schoonvader. Eerste keer is hij niet meegenomen. De 2e keer hebben ze hem toch meegenomen naar het ziekenhuis. Beide keren is er iemand bij geweest van het park. In de nacht een man en smorgens een vrouw. Al iemand van de receptie. Dus ze waren op de hoogte van de situatie. Toen mijn schoonvader na 2 dagen weer thuis kwam hebben we besloten om te kijken of wij bij konden boeken. Dit kon gelukkig. Het enige wat ik een beetje jammer vind is dat er niet een keer is gebeld hoe het gaat. Weet dat het niet hoeft uiteraard maar zoiets gebeurt op je park ik zou dan uit netheid wel even vragen hoe het nu met deze persoon gaat.

Positief: het dagelijks controleren van het water van de jacuzzi en het legen bij vertrek. De vriendelijke ontvangst. Een schone bungalow De mogelijkheid om het afval te scheiden. De game/ kidsroom De omgeving waarin het park ligt. Negatief: de overvolle afvalbakken en zwerfafval in het park en bij de tennisbaan en op het parkeerterrein. Ze werden pas een halve week later geleegd. De verloederde tennisbaan. Tip: maak er een hondenuitlaatplek want er zijn veel hondenbezitsters maar geen plekken om je hond uit te laten in het park.
