Nice cottage,excellent beds,everything available. Beautiful surroundings..Bad weather, but nobody can do anything about that!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wellness lodge. The cottage was fully equipped and neat and clean. The quiet surroundings are great for total relaxation and I enjoyed the beautiful walks in the Veluwe. I will recommend The Kingfisher to friends and acquaintances and will definitely come back again soon myself :)

1 night we stayed in a chambre d'hôte of Domaine Bleu Celeste. Beautiful room, nicely decorated with an eye for detail, lovely shower, delicious breakfast and very friendly hosts. Will definitely come back again!

Clean, allés at hand

We had a pleasant stay at the farm. We were well Looked after and we had everything we needed. We did a walk through the fields to a nearby pub. About a mile/ 55 mins walk. We used the hot tub, well the kids did. We made a beef stew using the camp fire. And hired a stone pizza oven and the pizza came out really tasty. Didn’t have a chance to use the bbq as the weather was not great. The weather is a bit cold in April staying in the farm. The use of wood fire burner took a bit time to master. After fire light and kindlings, and use the dryer block of wood first and then the normal one. A couple of nights during our stay were quite storming therefore it was quite noisy in the tents. It’s worth it to get a couple ear plugs. Staying in the tents can be quite cold. Pantry has electrical charging point you can charge your power bank. Honesty shop - you can some essential there. Lambing took place during our stay and kids love to hold the lambs.
